"So atsumu can you explain more about what samu told us that you had"kita ask from the living room

"Sure"osamu,suna and me headed to the living room where kita and sakusa where waiting for us me and sakusa were sitting together but my annoying brother had to get between us and sit in the middle of us

"Osamu why don't you go sit with suna"i said obviously annoyed

"Meh i want to st here with my brother so i can make sure this perv does not do anything to my brother"osamu said proudly

"Ugh you know what suna want to change spot"

"sure "

I change spot with suna so know omi has to deal with suna and osamu being lovey dovey i feel bad so i giive him a sign to come next to me and he did but of course osamu had to ruin it

"Hey kita want to change spot"osamu said

"I guess"

Osamu stand in front of sakusa now

"Can you move sakusa i want to be next to my brother"

"okay "

We ended the same way it was before i didn't even try to fight with him

"Okay when i found out of the disease i had i did some research and i guess i had been with it for almost 5 months and its advance but not as much but i'm gonna take a surgery to see if i can fix it but they say it's risky but i already have an appointment for it next month"

"Wait, you're gonna have surgery for it. Why didn't you tell me before?"sakusa said

"Sorry omi i kinda forgot to tell you"

"So your gonna have a surgery for it but is there any other ways to fix it or is surgery the only way"kita ask me

"There are other ways but that is one of the fastest"i respond

"Well thats your decision but in my opinion is better to go the least risky way"kita said

"i alredy told him that but he still going with the same decision"
"Well that is his decision and sorry I need to go back home"Kita said standing up

"Oh ok"

"If there any new probelms or any of you guys need help I'm here and remember stay healthy"Kita said

"Okay mother"Osamu,atsumu and suna said

"Mh bye"

"Bye Kita-san"

We watch as Kita leaves (Kita is a good mother)

"Okay now SAKUSA leave"Osamu said

"Can we watch a movie instead and omi stays "atsumu said already done with this and does not have energy to fight his brother

"......f-fine"Osamu says sitting down with suna and finally leaving atsumu and sakusa alone in peace

Well Osamu never wants to leave peace with his brother and his boyfriend so as always when atsumu was cuddling with sakusa Osamu decided to stand up and espérate them and brought suna with him and now suna and Osamu are sitting in the middle of the couple

When the movie was about to end atsumu stand up and ran to the bathroom with Osamu,suna and sakusa behind him worried.

Atsumu started coughing blood so much blood Sakusa was hugging atsumu

Sakusa pov

I was hugging atsumu it hurts seeing my baby like this i never wanted this to happens to him why was it him.
"O-omi i-it hurt-ts"atsumu says trembling
When he stop coughing i touch his head he was burning up how he was okay 30 minutes ago how did this hapend
"O-omi I'm scar-"atsumu said but i hug him tigther idc if i get sick okay i do care

But atsumu is important and I don't want to lose him and it breaks my heart seeing him like this i carried him to his room in bridal style Osamu was glaring at me when I was carrying him and he didn't want to leave me with him so he let suna and me with atsu while he went for some medicine and made soup.

"Om-i can we cud-dle"atsumu said he was next to me but he is more clingy when he feels scared or happy but right now he's scared al of us are we don't want to lose him
"Yes"i said as i start to cuddle with him he was about to fall asleep but Osamu came in and brought everything we needed but astsumu didn't want to eat
"Atsu baby come on eat please"
"But i d-dont want to m-move"
"If you sit up and eat and drink the medicine I'll cuddle with you the whole time"
"P-promise o-omi"
"Yes i promise"
He sit up still graving into me Osamu was next to me he was glaring at every single move i did but he didn't tell me nothing since his brother was sick and didn't want to make him sad

Astsumu finish eating but it took 20minutes to convice him to drink the medicine but Osamu made him drink it by saying if he doesn't drink the medicine i will have to leave and I'm not surprised he actually drink it I'm surprised Osamu still try to make me leave after atsumu was asleep and suna was sleeping also but evertime he tried atsumu woke up so he gave up and let me stay.
