Issei was running to the church as fast as he could he was too worried about y/n to see the trap laid out for him until a boy with a fox mask kicked the fallen out of the trees at his time rias and Akeno got separated from issei

Issei: G-George what are doing here

George just jumped back up into the trees that's when Aden came out of nowhere with a fallen by the neck

Aden: kelly sent us

Then he just jumped off into the trees Issei was confused but brushed it off and continued running he for what felt like hours before he made it to the church he looked around for a bit before he spotted George and Aden waiting for him

Aden: he's in here we took out the fallen angels and priest here just go inside the basement and be carful

George nodded before he looked at the ceiling

Aden: there here well you better get going we can hold off these things

Issei: why are you two helping me

Aden: Kelly's orders and George really likes y/n so just a few

Aden just nodded and left George walked up to issei and handed him a ring it was silver with a purple stone in it before leaving too

Issei went down the stairs once he reached the bottom he found y/n chained to a cross his life essence fading his face was washed clean of any life y/n was dying

Issei: I'm here y/n don't worry I'll get you out of here

Issei ran up to the cross and tried his hardest to get the chains off

Issei: why won't these come lose

Raynare: hay there stud miss me

Issei: damn you witch what did you do to my brother

Raynare: nothing really just stole a few years off him no biggy maybe a few 80 years but nothing he can't regenerate

She readied her light spear but threw it at the chains

Issei picked up y/n and ran up the stairs he placed y/n on one of the pews in the church y/n was slowly coming too

Y/n just smiled at seeing his brother again tears started to stream down his face as he hugged him

Issei: I'm just happy your alive buddy come now let's go home

Issei picked up y/n and was about to leave when a light spear struck his leg causing him to fall to the ground he screamed in pain he let go of y/n who crawled next to him raynare flew in front of them

Raynare: on second thought I'll just kill you now save me the trouble later

Issei puked up some blood as he felt the intense pain from the spear
