 Yes! You read it right, the Universe prepared me before the pandemic without realizing it until the year 2020. I'm sure I'm not the only one, a lot of us must have been wondering why we bought certain things or have this habit that eventually will help us during the pandemic.

Well, call me slow for not realizing it a lot earlier. In 2013 I lost my job as a Senior Manager and I was devastated. Then in 2014, while looking for a job closer to home and still be able to use my ability with problem-solving and my love for helping people I found a job. "Work From Home" I searched and finally found a legitimate one. It's not easy.

 I have to pass the requirements such as the typing skills which is 65 to 75 WPM, Voice quality will be recorded and you have to speak crystal clear. I have to invest with the requirements such as Desktop, Three Monitors, Good quality telephone Landline with a built-in headset jack, Headsets for both desktop and telephone, Good internet connection, and a quiet home office where you can work with no interruptions, with the exception of my cat ;).

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

A representative should be able to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with products and services.

 A Representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

To be a successful Representative, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.

 REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. 

Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients, as needed. Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.

 Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. Understanding and striving to meet or exceed the company's metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service. Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent. More education or experience may be preferred.
