The Pillow Method

This method is very simple. This one is really good for people who aren't very good at visualizing. I highly recommended meditating before you shift, and also drinking lots of water throughout the day. This has always helped me personally when I try to shift with this method.

For this method you need to have your script written out on paper. It doesn't matter how long your script is but it needs to be on paper.  This is one of the only methods we're you will need a physical script.

What you will need to do is simply put your script under your pillow and go to sleep. Before you go to sleep read over your script a couple of times and try to think about your dr while your going to sleep.
