"Yea you can just leave that right there" I directed the mover It was Saturday which meant moving day
Matais was in his new room moving all his toys into his new closet on Friday I had some people decorate his room because with my schedule I had no time to do it

It wasn't anything to crazy but he liked it so him and Vanessa was putting away his stuff while I directed the movers and showed them where I wanted things
We had to get Christmas stuff but I was to lazy to this week
The movers moved the last few things I paid them and they left
I huffed and sat down on the couch we had started at like 1 and we just finished at 4:37
The apartment was nice decorated it made it feel like a home i got up and walked into matais room "hey guys" they were finishing putting his stuff away and we're just chilling I sat onto the floor
"Should I cook tonight" I turn to Vanessa and she shakes her head vigorously
I decided to cook some tacos tonight I haven't had them in awhile so why not
I grabbed my keys and told them I'll be back and headed to the grocery store it was pretty fucking cold out I hadn't gone grocery shopping yet I planned on going next week or sum shit
I really have to come up with a schedule for this shit
I walked into the grocery store and I go grab the shit for tacos I walked around the store getting the ingredients I paid and walked out
I seen a women struggling with her groceries so I went to help because obviously nobody else was going ton
"Hey lemme take that" I reached my hand out and grabbed the bag that was going to fall
"Thank you" she smiled at me and I grabbed the rest of the groceries and helped her put into into the trunk
I wasn't looking but I happened to get a look over the seat and seen a baby and a small girl who looked around the age of 5 trunk
"HEY WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON" a long haired tall guy walks out from the store
"I was just helping her out the groceries man she's all yours" I was ready to walk away the guy grabbed my shoulder
I turned around annoyed "holy shit y/n what's your freak ass doing still in town I thought you gave up long ago"
I rolled my eyes realizing it was the infamous Tyler " what do you want Tyler I'm just trying to get home I ain't here to start shit"
"What freak you afraid as always" he said it with such a hatred behind his words he hates me and I couldn't say why because I don't even know
"Listen you lumberjack asshole I don't care to fight you now leave me the hell alone" he pushed me against some car making me drop my shit
"Be careful who your calling a asshole freak" I pushed him off of me
"Don't touch me again Tyler" I said trying to stay calm
I wasn't dumb and I sure as hell didn't wanna go to jail so I wasn't going to do anything till he touched me
He came up real close and he was tall but I was close to the same height so he didn't tower over me "or what Freak" he thought he was doin sum with some Bass in his voice when he said that
I just laughed straight in his face "your never going to be anything freak remember that" then he decided to spit in my face and that was it I wiped my face off still laughing and turning back to serious
You could see the fear evident in his eyes
I pushed him back and punch him hard as shit but Tyler's pride was to strong for him to take that lose and he went for a swing that I quickly dodged
He went in for another one and that one landed straight to my stomach
I hit him back with two quick jabs both to his face
He went in for what I thought was a punch to the stomach instead I felt the intense pain hit my face.
Nothing has changed since we were kids he could throw a punch I'll give him that I was quickly over this fight and ended it
I punched him in his face to stun him then quickly followed it with one to his stomach and I swept his leg and put him on the ground I spit into his face
"Leave me the hell alone Tyler won't tell you again" I picked up my groceries and left to home
It pissed me off that he thought he was hot shit when he never was it pissed me off how he thought he was better than me and most of all it pissed me off that I was too scared to do anything when I was younger.
I hadn't even realized I was home already I was just angry driving
I sighed and turned off the car I grabbed the groceries and brought them back to the apartment
I got weird stares all the way into the building but ignored them I walked into the elevator and let out a sigh I didn't know I had been holding in
Fuck is the only word I could say right now I needed to get tf outta Houston cuz this shit isn't it
I unlocked the door to my houses and walked in "holy fuck y/n where have you been it's 3 holy shit your face y/n" she rushed over to me to examine my face closer
"I'm fine i was just busy running into old friends"
She left to get something ig and I just put my stuff away
Matais came in from his room looking for me I crouched down and held my arms open he ran into my arms and his little body fit perfectly into my embrace
"I didn't leave I'm here" I stood up still holding him and walked to the couch "here now please tell me what the hell happened"
I signed knowing this was were I was going to tell her about everything
She knew they had bullied me and tossed me around she didn't know how bad it was how kids were trying to kill me wishing me dead because of how I was born
