Ke Ruan took Si Yuhan to the place where he was. He offered his seat to Si Yuhan while he squatted aside, saying, "Hurry up. Finish it quickily so that you can have a rest earlier."

Si Yuhan nodded slightly and frowned when he saw the fish that had been overly burnt.

Seeing Si Yuhan only staring at the fish and not taking any actioin, Ke Ruan thought that maybe he didn't know how to eat it. Not considering Si Yuhan's experience and age, he just wanted to do something to please him. Therefore, he took the fish from Si Yuhan's hand and began to remove the fish bones for him.

He trimmed off the burned fish skin, revealing the tender meat inside. Si Yuhan looked at the tender meat that had been served to his mouth.

He couldn't see through what Ke Ruan wanted to do. If it was a show, he didn't need to act like this.

"Hey! What's on your mind? Open your mouth," Ke Ruan said with a smile. A surge of love and pity rose in him. He could tell that Si Yuhan was not used to people showing care to him. When someone treated him well, he became in a daze.

Hearing Ke Ruan's words, Si Yuhan couldn't help but open his mouth. The meat was put into his mouth. It was tasty, but his attention was not on it. His eyes were fixed on Ke Ruan, who was carefully removing the fish bones for him.

Lin Qingye also looked at Ke Ruan with astonishment. Just a few days ago, Ke Ruan hated Si Yuhan so much so that he had fixed him many times openly. He even thought that Ke Ruan wanted to kill him. But now, he didn't understand what he was thinking about.

Compared with the former arrogant and domineering Ke Ruan, although the current Ke Ruan look like a good man, he didn't like him.

After getting rid off all the fish bones, Ke Ruan had wanted to pinch Si Yuhan's cheeks. But when he saw his hands that were dirty with oil, he gave up the idea. He put down his hands and said to Si Yuhan, "It's getting late. Go back and have a good rest."

After saying that, he stood up. Just at this moment, everything went black before his eyes. Feeling dizzy and unable to keep balance, he started collapsing towards the bonfire. Lin Qingye's expression changed. He immediately stretched out his arms to catch his fall.

Si Yuhan clenched his fists as he looked at the scene with meaningful eyes.

"Are you all right?" asked Lin Qingye hurriedly.

Ke Ruan slowly shook his head and answered, "I'm fine."

He had squatted for too long and just stood up too quickly, so a fit of dizziness came over him.

"Sit down to have a rest," Lin Qingye advised.

"Thank you," Ke Ruan said to him. His thanks made Lin Qingye somewhat dazed.

After sitting for a while, Ke Ruan felt a little sleepy. His eyes had rolled into the back of his head and everything before him became blurred. Si Yuhan raised his head and looked towards Ke Ruan. He saw Ke Ruan's head constantly drop like a chicken was pecking.

He looked so cute.

He had a fair face and full forehead. His long eyelashes quivered slightly

and his red lips looked extremely attractive under the light.

Si Yuhan's lips moved as he stared at Ke Ruan in silence. Gradually, the glance became deeper.

"Your Highness! Your Highness!" Lin Qingye's voice broke the silence.

A trace of gloom flashed across Si Yuhan's eyes, but no one noticed it.

Ke Ruan opened his eyes reluctantly.

Lin Qingye said to him, "Your Highness, please go back to the carriage to have a rest."

Ke Ruan nodded but he was still sleepy. He stood up in a daze. Even though, he didn't forget to hold Si Yuhan's hands. He yawneded and said in an unclear voice, "Han, let's go back to sleep."

Ke Ruan called him Han.

Si Yuhan curled his lips and followed his steps. Yu Xin sat on the carriage all the time and he witnessed the whole thing. He couldn't understand why Ke Ruan would treat him so well.

He envied and hated him so much.

Si Yuhan didn't care about Yu Xin because he knew he wouldn't live long. There was no need to waste time on him. Click the external link to read next chapter!
