Sonic POV:

I saw Tails just fall over unconscious! Everyone ran to where we were and started blurting out questions

Knuckles: Is he alright?

Amy: What happened?

Rouge: Will he wake up?

Cream: Please tell me he will be alright!

Tangle: THIS IS ANARCHY!!!

Whisper: No it's not

Zero: He's just tried... right?

Gadget: Nope nope nope nope he will not trick us

Maria: Why would you say that?

Blaze: Cause he could

Shadow: NO MY TALKING BUDDY!!!

Everyone: ......... -stares at Shadow-...........

Shadow: What? He easy to talk to

Silver:- mumbles- Oh no....

We all looked over to Silver, first, he knows about this sickness since his sister Vennie had it, second, who says oh no when someone is unconscious? Never a good thing.

Sonic: Silver.... what do you mean.... "Oh no"?

Silver: This happened to Vennie, check his pulse

I started to worry and immediately tried to look for a pulse, barley any

Sonic: There's barley any

Everyone was officially worried and scared, I got up and started towards my house, it may sound selfish, but I won't let it end this early, he's only eight! I ran until I got there, we were lucky that we were near the neighborhood, my parents when to Westside Island for a little vacation, so we didn't have them right now. I set Tails down on my couch and went into another room, I got out a computer and immediately started searching about the illness, that's when the others got there, they asked me that there was no cure, but I didn't stop

Sonic: Tell me this, Amy, if I was in his position would you have stopped?

Amy: No

Sonic: Shadow, if Maria was in his position would you have stopped?

Shadow: No

Sonic: Rouge, if Knuckles was in his position would you have stopped?

Rouge: No

Sonic: Whisper, if Tangle was in his position would you have stopped?

Whisper: No

Sonic: Exactly! I can't just give up, that's not my flow, I don't stop till it's over

The other looked at each other and nodded

Sonic: Then do whatever you can to help him

We all got to work, it took a while before Knuckles started shouting

Knuckles: I got it!

We all looked over to him

Amy: What is it?

Knuckles: Maybe the Master Emerald can help us!

Shadow: And?

Knuckles: You should now more than any of us, maybe the Master Emerald can cure the illness! It's almost all powerful maybe if Chaos would have mercy, he can cure him!

Sonic: Then lets try it!

I checked his pulse and its barley noticeable

Sonic: Shadow, can you Chaos Control him there?

Shadow: Yep!

Knuckles: Who many can you take at a time?

Shadow: Not including me and Tails two

Amy: Knuckles, you and Sonic go, we'll catch up

Sonic: You sure? can you fly a Tornado?

Rouge: I'll see if I can get them up there

Sonic: Alright then, I'll carry Tails

Knuckles: Works for me

Shadow: Alright

And with that we chaos controlled to the shrine, Knuckles, Shadow and I all rushed to the shrine, Knuckles touched the Emerald and closed his eyes, when he opened them he was shocked, I'm worried

Shadow: Well? What did he say?

Knuckles: He said he would help......

Sonic: Then why do you look shocked?

Knuckles looked at us with a worried look, not a good sign, Worried Knuckles, is a bad sign that it's extreme

Knuckles: It would require a life for life situation

Shadow and I looked at each other

Shadow: But when we revived Maria, that wasn't required! Why now?

Knuckles: I asked him, he reminded me that, that would be the only time he did it for free

Sonic: And you didn't tell us

Knuckles: I didn't think we would try it again!

I knew we didn't have time for this crap, so I set Tails down next to the fancy rock and turned to the others

Sonic: I'll do it

Shadow: FAKER ARE YOU CRAZY?!

Sonic: Yes I am! I can't just let him die!

Knuckles: But Sonic, think about it, you will die if you do this

Sonic: ..... I know, but if it means that he'll live, then I'll do it

Shadow & Knuckles: You so stubborn!

Sonic: It comes in handy sometimes

They looked at each other, then sighed

Shadow: If you insist

Sonic: I would've done it if you liked it or not so yeah, you honestly don't really have a choice

Knuckles then started to say his weird language and I felt myself fade from existence, it didn't hurt surprisingly, but at least I knew the kid would be alright, and cured.....

Knuckles POV:

When I finished, a warm light engulfed the area, Shadow and I shielded our eyes, when we opened them, we went up to Tails, Sonic was no where in sight, so Chaos probably accepted his bravery, Tails was still unconscious, we slowly started to loose hope, but them, he gasped and got up. I literally felt like a witnessed a miracle from the a.e.c's

Tails: W-what happed?!

Shadow & Knuckles: You're alive!

Tails looked around the are and noticed something

Tails: Where's Sonic and the others?

We're screwed
