Five X Reader- You Have No Idea

Chapter 5

“Y-yes. It could’ve.”

“How do you know?”

“I-I have a list.”

“A list? Where is it?”

“I-I don’t have it. Well, I do just not on me it’s at the Lab.”

“Then what are we waiting for? Let's go,” I said, putting on my seatbelt, holding the fluffy white dog. The man stepped on the gas pedal all the way to the Lab, “Thank you.”

We got out of the car and walked over to the entrance. I walked in, telling Five that I’ll get the list. The building was empty and glass was shattered everywhere. “What the heck happened here!?” I thought to myself

I walked up some stairs and saw smoke coming out of a room. I ran in there to see a folder. It was burnt but I saw names and numbers by them, “The list.” I grabbed it.

“There was fire everywhere. I coughed and gagged. I ran down the stairs, rolling my ankle. I opened the doors and saw Five standing there. He saw the smoke before I came out.

“You’re ok!”

“No. I’m dead and wandering the Earth.”

“Did you get it?”

“Well, half of it…”

“What do you mean half of it?”

“Here,” I handed the half folder to Five. He stared at it in disbelief, “We need to go!” I yelled.

“What why-”

The building blew up before we could talk more. We flew backward and I hit my head against a tree. My ears were ringing and I saw five stand up. With blurred vision, I saw the folder, in tiny pieces, everywhere.

“Five?”

“Y/N?”

“Are you okay?”

“I’m fine,” Five stated, though he was limping as he came over to help me up.

We spatial jumped to the van and got in. I grabbed the liquor and Five grabbed Dolores.

“You seriously bring her everywhere,” I said, kind of annoyed.

“Well, I can’t just leave her here.”

Five got out of the car, holding Dolores, and I had a clear bottle.  We walked to a nearby Library and went inside. Five looked around and found a corner. He set down Dolores and I set down the bottle.

We went over to a section of books. I grabbed 7 books and walked back over to our corner. Five came back with two. I rolled my eyes at him and chuckled.

I opened my first book and scanned through it. I took a pen I found and wrote on the wall. I started to write equations. Five did the same thing, taking a drink every time he got the slightest bit confused. I Took a few drinks here and there, then I got so frustrated that I chugged a whole bunch of it.

“Slow down,” Five said. He was definitely drunk.

“I can do what I want,” I said, slurred.

Five yawned and wrote sloppily on the wall next to him. He took the bottle and drank the last bit. I wrote the last part of my equation and threw the bottle into the trash can across from us.

Five put his hands by my ears and kissed my forehead, “You’re my favorite sibling,” he said completely slurred.

He put his hand down in between us and I put my hand on his. I leaned my head on his shoulder and he leaned his head on my head. His hand was warm and I closed my eyes as I fell asleep from his warmth.
