"i waited for you. everyday i waited at our door, staring at it in hope you'd walk through it. for a year i sat there, barely ate, drank or slept. i didn't get told you'd come to the hospital, i didn't know until just now. they said you didn't care, that they'd rang u and you said you weren't coming. i was heart broken, and alone. it was the darkest time i've ever been in and i was encaged in an flat with nothing to live for. i tried again, but they saved me again, jes n' leigh, they stopped me everytime. in a way i'm thankful that they did, but i wished for months that it was you hugging me whilst i was crying, not them."

"why didn't you-"

"i didn't want to face another rejection." she whispered looking at her lap.

jade sighed and got up to shuffle next to perrie. she pulled the blonde into her lap, rubbing circles on her back. the blonde started to shake in her lap, hiccuping from the sobs that spat out her mouth. she hid her head in the brunette's hair.

jade's eyes filled with tears, her bestfriend is sobbing into her shoulder because of how much pain she caused her.

perrie's shaking slowed down and her breathing calmed. she was listening to jade's heart beat, and it sent waves through her body. it made her happy and relaxed.

jade kept drawing circles on her back and before she knew it perrie was snoring gently into her neck. she slowly laid down on the bed, trying not to wake perrie. but as jade laid down, perrie moaned and put her leg over jade's waist, snuggling into her neck.

jade felt her cheeks darken as she wrapped her arms around the sleeping girls waist.

soon she too fell asleep to the sound of her bestfriends snoring.
