The hunt for a Fox

Fundy's Pov

I can't believe Y/N is making me do this sigh i could've been editing for my next video, whatever though atleast i can spend time with her. As we're walking around looking for foxes, we come across a spruce biome the main place where they spawn. "OOOooo this is where they usually spawn right fundy?" Y/N asks, "Yeah, it is. Hopefully we find one because this forest is pretty small." I say looking around the spruce forest. We travel deeper inside looking around every tree, nook, and cranny. But alas, we find nothing but berries and grass. "sigh i can't believe we haven't found one yet! I thought they were pretty common." Y/N says disappointed, "Maybe we've gotta keep looking" I say still trying to look for one.

Y/N Pov

I stop moving and look down "I just want a foxxxx, i don't think we'll find one at this point. We've searched the entire spruce forest and haven't found a single one. I guess we might as well give up" I say sadly, i really want a fox! They would've been so cute... sigh i guess not today. Fundy looks at me with determination, "Don't worry Y/N we'll find one! They must've spawned here, i know it." He says trying to reassure me, "It's whatever we can just look for one later, it's no use trying to find one in this garbage forest." I say, but when i turn to leave i spot something orange walking around. I follow it and realize its a baby fox, "EEEEEE FUNDY LOOK A FOX I FINALLY FOUND ONE OMG IM SO HAPPY!!" i scream running around it and feeding it berries. "ouch, that hurt my ears" fundy says wincing a little, "Sorry! sorry, im just so excited i finally found a fox!" i say happily, finally a fox! It's so tiny and adorable i can't wait to bring it home. "Pass me your lead fundy, i wanna bring it home!" I say getting ready to travel back, "Yeah here you go" Fundy says handing me it. "Wait a minute, y/n?" Fundy says stopping in his tracks, "Yes fundy? Is something wrong?" I say confused

"How are we going to bring it home exactly? We're hundreds of blocks away from home.." Fundy says, "Wait, what?" I say, then look at my coord oh god. We're almost 700 blocks away from home! "Guess we're gonna have to do some walking eh?" Fundy says chuckling slightly. "Oh dear, we're in for a long one" I sigh. We better start going.

After a full 15 minutes of traveling back home, runnings into huge mountains and almost killing our newly found fox, we finally make it back home and can rest easy now. " We can finally name him now! Fundy jr. is gonna have a great time here!" I say rummaging through the chest looking for a nametag.

Fundy Pov

Aww she looks so happy, it's quite cute. wait what am i thinking? I only JUST met her... my brain is going crazy for sure. "Fundy look! Fundy jr. is sitting! He looks so adorable hehe!" y/n says crouching next to the fox." chuckle yeah you really are adorable.." i mutter quietly. "Hm? Did you say something fundy, i couldn't hear ya." Y/n says confused, "Oh its nothing, anyway we should continue fixing up our house and stuff, haha" I say nervously. "Alright... if you say so." Y/n replies.
