As I open my eyes waking up from hearing the birds singing, I can hear the voice of my mother shouting at the other side of my chamber. I got up form my bed and walk towards the window to open it as wind rushes by through my hair. A beautiful sight as today will be exciting that me a noble girl will be a woman. I heard a knock at my door.

"Come in." as the door opened and saw my two maid, Della and Jane.

"Good morning my lady, it will be very special for you that your birthday is today." Della said with a smile. "We need to get you dressed Lady Y/N." They showed me the dress that I will be wearing this Morning. It was a light blue dress with a hint of lavander laces for the colar and the ribbons and white see-through laces underneath the sleeves.

"It's so beautiful.." I said in an awe. "Your mother made this for you to wear this on your 18th birthday my lady." Della said. "Let's hurry up my lady, your mother is waiting outside your house."

As I take off my nightgown they helped me put my dress on me as they tied up the laces and it was a perfect fit for me. I twirled myself to see in the mirror, it was wonderful."You look so beautiful my lady." Della said. "Your mother will be happy if she see this right now!" Jane excites. "Thank you Jane and Della."I responded them with a smile. "Oh, We almost forgot this my lady" Jane talks as she handed me a letter. "Who is this from?" I asked. "It's from your father my lady" Jane answered. "Oh my, you two can go now, I will be downstairs, I need read these letter from my father first." "Yes my lady" both responded and leave their way.

"Its been a while since father gave me a letter... I wonder how is he doing right now?" I removed the wax seal that was on the letter and opened it.
