5 minutes later, I heard the door open and saw Chase walk in the room.
"What do you want, Mia."
"Look, you are the guy for me Chase. And I will always love you. But that doesn't change the fact that we both cheated. We both need to learn from our mistakes and until we can be together and be just us. Then we shouldn't be together at all."
I say quickly to avoid tears coming out of my eyes.
"Mia, we were both drunk. We both messed up but in the end I don't want anyone else. I will fight for you Mia, because I'm not losing you."
That was the last time I spoke to Chase.
