We all arrived at the training room and started setting up. Raleigh and I started a dynamic warm up together since we were going to be sparring.

"Want music?" Herc asked.

"Sure!" I yelled back.

"Any requests?"

"How about...um...anything Disney would be fine."

"Disney? You want to listen to Disney during a workout?" Chuck asked, as he was lifting weights.

"Hell ya," I replied.

"Well I know we usually do better when channeling an emotion into our workout. So play something that might get you a little upset." Chuck stated. "I know it works for me."

"Alright," Herc left to go turn on some music.

Raleigh and I got up and walked over to the mat. Out of all songs, he had to play this song.

I glared at Herc playfully.

"Hey it was either this one or Hellfire. I thought that would be really uncomfortable for you since it is a slut shaming song."
