4. 🤍beach 2

— Y/N POV —

*she's right, i do like ray*

"Guyssss hurry up let's walk to the beach!" I called to everyone, i waited at the front door.
Ray was the first to come down, with norman following behind him. "Emmaaa, come on" i said "Coming!" emma said, while running down the stairs and putting on a nude lipstick.

We all walked out of the house and down to the beach, i took off my shoes and felt the soft golden sand beneath my feet, it was warm, the sun hit my (s/c tone e.g pale, tan, dark) skin,
it felt warm, the air smelt like salt and candy.

I took a deep breath as we walked along the beach, and we found a spot to sit down.

"ICE CREAM!!" me and emma screamed as we heard the ice cream truck park near the beach, we ran to the truck. "Uhh- can i have a triple chocolate ice cream" i said "and can i have a double strawberry ice cream" emma said happily, "do you guys want anything?" i asked the boys, ray got a chocolate ice cream and norman got a vanilla one.

"You guys act like 9 year olds, are you sure you're 17?" ray said bluntly, trying to hide a smirk behind his ice cream

"Agreed" norman smiled

"pffft- uh yeah i may be one of the youngest here but that doesn't mean i'm a child!" i said while angrily eating my ice cream >:p

— NORMAN POV —

I stared at emma, the sun shining down on her soft pale skin, her beautiful eyes, she looked so delicate but is such a determined and powerful person, her face was so perfect in my eyes, i wanted her.

"Hey guys we should play some volleyball! this beach has an area for games to play and the volleyball game is free." insisted emma

"sounds good" ray and i said

"i think i'll sit this one out, i suck at volleyball" y/n sounded bothered

i didn't say anything of it, she was probably just in a bad mood.
"You guys totally suck at this!" emma laughed
"Hey you're the athletic one here" i sweatdropped
Ray kept glancing at y/n, then back at me, i got the signal so we headed over to her, emma following behind.

"Y/n...are you alright?" ray spoke, with a hint of worry in his voice

"Yeah...hey emma could i...talk to you in private?" asked y/n

"yeah of course"

Emma pov

- y/n gets up and walks to somewhere private while emma follows behind -

"I..uh.." y/n didn't know how to speak

"I really like ray, and seeing all the pretty girls with amazing bodies and beautiful faces, i'm just insecure that..he won't like me back.."

"y/n you're so dumb..HE OBVIOUSLY LIKES YOU BACK!" i screamed

"SHH BE QUIET THEY CAN HEAR US IF YOU LITERALLY SCREAM-" y/n was going to carry on when she realised she was screaming

"ahem..well, i have a plan anyways, you obviously like norman and he likes you, sooo i'm planning to make a date for you two" y/n said

"W-what..n-no i totally don't like norman!" i defended, even tho we both know i was lying

"Well, let's talk about this later, let's go back to norman and ray and then head back to my house" y/n walked away

- Y/N pov -

me and emma ran upstairs into my room, leaving the boys downstairs

"Okay! let me explain the plan.."

"First we all go down, i'll say go norman "omg emma totally likes you, go prepare a date for her i'll make a plan to make her come" then he tells ray and then ray helps him make a date with you and norman, then i tell you to wear an outfit for the date, but you pretend that you don't know there's a date and then-"

Emma stopped y/n from waffling on "uhh..maybe let's just go to a fair"

"oh yeah or that.." y/n sweatdropped
