Her army was now in shambles, whether to continue the fight or surrender, her navy is almost on the verge of total annihilation with only few ships left and majority of the few ships are badly damage with only at 7 at combat operable
Her air force was grounded. Airfields around the country are harrased and any attempt of take off will be bombed and reconstruction of airfields are difficult to achieve with constant air raids
The American Industry is basically broken. Their once famous mighty industry is bombed to ashes, they are unable to compete with the Axis
