Stiles got raped by a beta from an allied Pack of the Hale's.
He hides the fact, but the pack feel the Hurt coming off of one of them thrugh their bond. They can't figure out that it's actually Stiles as he isn't a werewolf/-coyote and even distances himself as not to cause trouble during their joined activities until he gets forced to attend one... They never should've touched messed with them by laying a finger on their Pack mom.
