Doubt it but Horikoshi said its probably gonna happen soon. He said he wanted it to be long so I assume he's gonna make a sequel or something but I dunno.
He said it's a probably and he never said when. I assume it'll be another three something years until bnha's manga actually ends. And then they'll probably do an anime for vigilantes, and it'll be a while until things get animated. I can see this show going on for another six or seven years. Like the anime + the manga because Horikoshi is already in like, the sixth or seventh season with the war arc and we just got to Season four (can we just say it's been three whole years since he wrote Mirio losing his quirk.).
I don't think it'll end soon, but it has to end at some point. Which means tying up points. Hori also said this wasn't the last arc and he was going to reveal Deku's dad and Melissa was returning or something.
I honestly think it'll be a while but it'll have to end soon. And I think he'll do a sequel. He already did a prequel (vigilantes). I think it'll honestly be a hot minute before bnha ends but the academia part will end soon.
But this is my thoughts from things I hear and he's said. So~
