Izuku Midoriya had a loving mother who cared for him after the disappearance of his twisted father. But after the discovery of his Omega status and that he was quirkless, his mother changed. She took up his fathers abusive ways, causing him to spiral into depression. Midoriya's childhood friend Bakugou, also began bullying the Omega, pulling the only other source of happiness from his life.
When he thought things couldn't get worse, his father returns home, quickly taking his mothers side in abusing and tormenting their son. They force their rules on Midoriya, attempting to perfect the Omega before deciding more drastic measures were necessary.
Before UA started, both Todoroki and Bakugou meet and discover they are mates, deciding to keep it a secret until the 'Traditional UA Soulmate Party' which occurred on new years eve. The pair feel a sense of being incomplete, realizing they had a third mate.
Todoroki and Bakugou soon discover Midoriya is about to do something fatal, but they managed to get him to a hospital just in time. But the doctors couldn't heal the broken Omega, who was constantly plagued by the monsters he called parents, who stop at nothing to bend the Omega into what they want him to be.

Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone. Everyone has now graduated and successfully achieved their dream of becoming a hero. Midoriya is at No.1, Bakugou at No.2, Todoroki at No.3 and Kirishima at No.4. These positions are constantly moving between the four, but they always seem to end up in the top 4 together and are recorgnised for doing so. But one thing sets them apart, their ranks. Bakugou is an omega, midoriya is an omega, kirishima is an alpha and so is todoroki. The omega control agency keeps tabs on heat season to see if alphas and omegas are doing their roll and reproducing as they are supposed to. If an omega hasn't mated in the space of 2 years, the agency sends them into a, what they call, compulsory resident.
