My Autumn with April

~Book 2 of The Seasons of Coleisle Series~

When April finally returns back to Coleisle 5 years after she left for college, she half expects everything to have changed. After her surprisingly silent return, April manages to catch her friends off guard. One friend in particular is ecstatic about her home coming and hopes that even if Coleisle never changes, maybe this time Elliott might be able to change the one thing he's always wanted to.

But all isn't as it seems in Coleisle. With April harboring secrets from everyone, and hateful glares from half the town, cracks begin to show in a perfect shell and despite her life long love for Elliott, it's probably best if she keeps them deep under wraps.

Elliott has watch April slip away once before and it isn't a chance he is willing to take this time. But when opportunity after opportunity slide past him reluctantly, he realizes he has to grab the next one with both hands. So on a crowded dancefloor in the middle of Autumn, he finally makes his move and claims April for his own.

Except April's life has never been simple and her self sabotaging ways aren't so easily convinced by Elliott's perfect words.

There are dozens of bumps along the path that leads April to where she needs to be. Ghosts from her past will always continue to haunt her. But maybe, just maybe, there's one guy out there who isn't scared of a few glow in the dark sheets. And maybe that guy wants her as much as she wants him.
