The Qwarztians do have their own ranking within the group, one may be deemed a lower-class by other peers, though that only grants the following but no exceeding rights:
-Able to dismiss a certain lower-ranking Qwarzystal from any duties if only trivial
-Able to set announcements to fellow Qwarztians, and execute coordinations and gatherings inside the group.
-Able to tamper with sensitive information and confidential files
Though the rankings may also apply in the Hanako Order, but it may fuction differently inside of it.

Qwarztian Ranks:
1. Cicin
-Lowest Rank, considered a "recruit" or "rookie"
2. Qwarztinae
-Has an insignia, considered a "novice". First orders may be given on this rank
3. Dodecament
-Has an insignia, considered an "adept" class, may lead lower classes
4. Affëral
-Has an insignia, considered "master" class, the earliest rank that may receive a medal honor.
5. Qwarzystal
-Has already went through the process of convertion, must be widely known, has a insignia, considered the "Veteran" class, can reward lower ranks, can demote, cannot quit or abort the Reich

Special Classes:
1. Seraphim
-Has the same rights as an Affëral, a Qwarzystal's lifeguard, has no insignia only additional attributes.
2. Kashinka
-Considered "Special Investigators of the Reich", may carry a dominator (view Weapons page to know), work relatively late at night, work with Dodecament and Affëral, do not have an insignia.
