♡The war part 2♡

Vernon's pov:

"Namjoon must have come up with a solid proof plan to beat us. With their mate being part angel, we don't know the outcome of this war going to be. Brother, we to need come up with an even more solid plan than luring their mate out," Joshua said as he slam his hands on the table

"My dear dumb brother, we must have patience before we can even win this war. The fate lies on our hands and not that pathetic human being. Even if she is an angel. We are shadow hybrids,  we'rethe strongest hybrids in the world. No one can beat us. If you don't have faith of us winning, I suggest you go back to playing dress up," I said as I glare at him

He immediately sat back down as soon as he look at my glare. I stood up from my chair and made my way to the window that view the courtyard. The sight of hybrids training feels me with glee.

"Prince Joshua is right your majesty. Luring their mate is not enough. The first king was in the heart and he must have given their mate something to protect herself. Unless, she has that sword...," our general said

"What about that sword?"I ask

"The angel's sword. It harnest any angel's power into the sword and use it on anyone. If say the human has it, her powers will be reawaken without her knowing," our general explain

"Is she aware of her powers or her angel side?" Joshua ask

"No, she does not,"our general ask

"Then, we need more hybrids to join our side. This is serious, if she realise her true potential then we're too late," I said as I continue to stare out at the courtyard

Many shadow hybrids all in one place, training as one. Not even Namjoon's army can defeat them unless he has an even bigger army than this but its impossible. Even if he can get humans, this is not their fight to handle. It does not concern them at all. However, I have a feeling that my brother is doing something more sinister than what we were planning originally.

"What do you suggest, your majesty?" Our general ask

"Force some hybrids out of their home and make them enter shadow valley's lake even the little ones. Turn them evil immediately. Leave no hybrid unturn," I said

Our general got off his seat and bow at me before leaving the conference room. We could hear him barking orders to the other royal guards.

"Thats a great plan, Vernon but what about your mate. She's turning into a hybrid as we speak right now," Joshua said

"I'm going to see her now. You'll facilitate the training at the courtyard and make sure that they train well. Namjoon is smart and he has a plan that could potentially end us. Once she's a hybrid, I'll send her myself to the valley and she'll be a warrior too. She'll be by my side when we kill namjoon and his mates," I said as I walk out of the room

Joshua's pov:

That girl might not even make it as I stare at Vernon's figure slowly disappearing. Once she's gone, Vernon would become a heartless killer soon. I quickly left the room and make my way to the courtyard. Time to execute my own plan without his intervention.

"My fellow shadow hybrids, we have worked long and hard for this day. The day where the hybrids and all of the world fall into our hands. What your king doesn't know is that we won't just stop at hybrid island. We'll conquer the whole world if we have to. We'll make humans our slaves and we'll be the only dominant species. Its time to show the world what a monstrous hybrids are made off," I voiced out to the courtyard

Every single shadow hybrids cheered and clapped. The prospect of a hybrid world filled their determination as they resume training but this time around even tougher than before. Those golden hybrids and angel won't know what hit them...

Vernon's pov:

"My love, are you alright," I ask from outside our door

"No, I'm not," I heard her growl

She's upset and I totally understand that but I have to do it. I don't need my people to see me as weak cause I have a human mate. I'm not like namjoon who's weak for his mate.

"I'm coming in anyway," I said as I enter the room

I stare in amaze as I see two cute white wolf ears on top of her head. She's a wolf hybrid. Not a mystical hybrid like mine but still a hybrid. I'll make sure She's a powerful hybrid that's for sure.

"You look beautiful," I said in awe

"I hate you for doing this to me," she growled as she tried to bite me

I gently pat her head as I felt her ear twitch at my touch. She's so cute like this but cuteness won't win the war. She's currently bound on the bed, still growling at me as I continuously pet her head. Dont worry my love, it'll all be over soon. Patience is the key...

"Don't worry my love. You'll stop hurting soon. The potion is wearing off soon and afterwards, we'll have one last transformation and we'll be done,"I reassure her

"What other transformation?" She ask as she calm down a little

"A transformation that will surely turn you evil, of course," I said as I untie her and lift her off the bed

She's a little weak which is understandable as it is her first time changing into hybrid but its okay. After turning her evil, she'll be alright afterwards. She'll be stronger and even more powerful. I wonder what her power will be. Her powers must be more stronger than namjoon's.

"You can't do this to me," she whispered as she flutter her eyes close

"Yes, I can. You're my mate. This is the path that you should only take and you have no choice. Forget about your life that you once had before this," I whispered into her ear as I let her sleep

I carried her to the car and place her at the backseat as I drove the car to hybrid island. It's time for a new era of leaders.

Author's pov:

As Vernon is bringing his newly turn hybrid mate to shadow valley. He had no clue about Joshua's plan to take over the world. This is one plan that no one had forsee but namjoon.

In just three hours, a war will break out. Both shadow hybrids and normal hybrids have plan. Who is able to execute the plan well? No will ever know as the fate of both worlds lies on the hand of human girl that has a spirit of an angel...
