The War is here. The war of the century. Juilet was able to contact her dad and he was able to form an army. It took a while to convince the government to understand the situation that they would be in but they agree. They eventually accept to help although they were a little sceptical. They had sent out an army to the boys and juilets way. He said in order to help balance the world.

While the hybrids and the humans are working together, the shadow hybrids have something up their sleeves. Unfortunately (or not), Vernon lost his mate as he didn't know that a human body can't comprehend two transformation in one day. He had fallen into depression much to Joshua's disappointment but he's happy as he now has total control over the army.

Both groups are ready for the war but are the citizens ready for the aftermath of the war. Is there a chance or a worth saving hybrids?

Vernon's pov:

I made a grave mistake and I shouldn't have done what I did. My poor love had to suffer all my hardship. I had overheard my little brother's plan and I'm disappointed as to what his plan was. I'm gonna make things right. Namjoon would need my help and I know that they won't accept me that easily. Its the least that I could as I heard Lisa, my mate and juilet's friend. I still remember her last words to me.

~Flashback~

"Lisa, I'm sorry. Please don't die. I'll ask malik to heal you or the first king to cure you," I cried into her chest

She could only breath heavily as her body convulsed. Her body was clearly rejecting the transformation that I force upon her.

"I forgive you as you were influenced by the shadow. Make things right again for me," she whispered

"What?" I said, unsure

"Promise me that you would end this prophecy and make things right. Tell juilet that I'll miss her and she'll be a great queen," Lisa said as she took in her last final breath

"LISA!!! NO!!!" I shouted as I cry onto her body

I was about to growl in anger that is until I heard a voice from behind me.

"I know that you're angry or furious even. Its no one's fault but you're at fault and you know it. You can't blame my grandson for your mistake. That is not a right thing to do. You're a leader but you don't show it. A good leader takes a little more than his share of the blame. They don't blame others for their own mistake," the voice said

His voice is so calming. Is he the first king? If he is, is this why many people still respect him till this day.

"Then what should I do?" I ask

"What do you wanna be?" He ask

"I'm not fit to be a leader and I know I have made the biggest mistake of my life," I sigh

"If you're not a leader than what are you?" He ask

"I'm no one," I sigh as I stare at Lisa lifeless body
