Juilet's pov:

"Who is mingyu?" I ask

"He's my friend and he's a snake hybrid if that's what you're wondering," jinyoung explain

"Does he have a power too?"I ask

"Yep. He has the power to place a scent on any creature," jinyoung said

"That's cool and when did you call him?" I ask

"Oh, I called him for a different reason which namjoon should tell. I better go check if mingyu is here," with that jinyoung rushed out of the office

I turn to face namjoon and gave him a pointed look.

"What was that about?" I ask

"Umm...Well...you See," namjoon started off

"Oh, would you tell me already," I whine

"Alright fine. I agreed in allowing you to go shadow valley but as a fake hybrid," namjoon said

"Wait...really?!?" I said, surprise

"Yes, really. I realise that we really do need your help for this one. We can't go in there without turning into one of them. You better promise me that you'll at least try to stay hidden while you're finding the answers," namjoon sighed

"I promise," I said as I kiss him on his cheek

"Aww, that is so cute," I heard a new voice coo

I turn around to be met with a boy that has half of his face covered in scales while the other is smooth. He smiled at me as he realised that all the attention is on him.

"Hello, I'm mingyu. It's nice to meet you, Princess juilet," he bowed

"There's not a need for calling me that. Just call me juilet," I said, smiling

"Ooo, she's a keeper. You found a cute one, namjoon," mingyu teased

I heard namjoon growled as he pulled me closer to him.

"You know. I never see a day where namjoon became possessive," he laughed as he sat on the couch with jinyoung

"Yeah yeah. Can you explain why my fur is gold?" namjoon ask, annoyed

"I can but only to the two of you but not juilet," mingyu said

"Why not?" I ask, a little mad

"I'm sorry but it's part of the legend. You have to find out on your own. Meaning we need to send you to shadow valley now," mingyu said

"I thought we agree tomorrow?"namjoon questioned

"Is better now then later. You up for it, princess?" Jinyoung teased

"Anything for the island," I said, determined

"Spoken like a true princess," mingyu smiled

"That she is," I heard namjoon whispered as he kissed me on the lips

"Eww, if you guys wanna do that, do it your room," they said, grossed out

"If we're sending her today, then I'm spending as much time with her now," namjoon shrug

Jinyoung and mingyu rolled their eyes at namjoon as they stood up from their couch.

"While you do that. Mingyu and I will go start the scent process on the ears as well as tail," jinyoung said as he showed us the said items

They left the room and I heard the sound of the lock.

"Now, where we were we?" Namjoon mumbled as he kissed my neck

Oh god...

After spending quality time with namjoon, we're back in the living room to discuss the plan.

"Here's the plan. Mingyu had put fake scents onto this fake ears and tail so that juilet won't be recognise as a human. Another thing, we need you to practice saying that you have the power to blend into your surroundings," jinyoung explain

"Why blend into the surroundings? Isn't that for a chameleons?" I ask

"Yes but some cat hybrids actually do have that ability," mingyu said

"And if they ask for me to do it in front of them?" I ask

"Simple. All you go to do is eat this pill," mingyu said

"Pill? You never told me anything about a pill?!?"namjoon exclaim

"Its essential if we want her to be inside safe and sound. Don't worry. It's only temporary which brings me to my next point, you have 24 hours before this pill runs out meaning you won't have any powers. Within that 24 hours, you need to find the answers by then and come back here before time runs out," jinyoung explain

"Got it. I have 24 hours so I don't have much time then," I sighed

"Nope," mingyu said

I've got to do this for the sake of the hybrids and humans alike.

"Once you enter the valley, we won't be able to contact you and you'll be on your own but not to worry. Namjoon has connected with you just now considering that the both of you did mate just now,"jinyoung teased

I blushed a little as I felt namjoon tug me closer to him. He growled a little at jinyoung's tease.

"Alright sorry wolf Prince but it's true. You both are connected now as mates and now we have a way to know that you'll be safe," mingyu smiled

"That's reassuring," I said

"Namjoon is gonna be a little bit more possessive since you guys just mated. He should be fine for a day," mingyu said

"Will you?" I ask him as I stare into his eyes

"I'll try but you have to get here before time runs out," namjoon warn

I nodded my head as I snuggle closer to him. I just hope that the rest of the boys doesn't know about this.

"There should be a fountain at the heart of the shadow valley. I suggest you go there in the night. They'll be asleep then which means you have 14 to 10 hours to find the full story," mingyu said

"Right cause you only know half of it," I said

"Yes, while you're there the story of the golden hybrids will be revealed to you as well," mingyu said

Well, I guess I'm on my own for this one. I would have never thought meeting them would led me to hybrid island or that I have to save them from the shadow hybrids.

Let's save those hybrids!!!
