They enter the building. Wilbur scans the rooms and as soon as he sees the convicts a rush of memories comes back.

A group of people around him. Laughing. His family. Dream, George and Sapnap what they did...

"Wilbur are you okay?"
Dream looks worried at him reaching out a hand. He flinches.
"Get away from me!"
"Wil?"
Somewhere in the distance he hears his friends and family scream his name. A hand on his shoulder.
"Wilbur? What do you remember?"
"Ever- everything.... I... They..."
"It's nothing to worry Will. They didn't change like you did. You know now what is wrong an-"
"I said Don't touch me!"
Dream takes step back still having his hand outstretched to touch Wilburs arm for comfort.
"I- what- what will be their punishment?"
"Death. A revolution isn't something small Will."
"No matter what they will be sentenced to death?"
"Yes."
"Okay."
"..."
"Where are you going?"
"Over there. To my place."
"You are supposed to sit next to me and not with the... Convicts."
"Oh stop it. I am one too. If you kill them, I die with them. Whatever they get, I will get it too. You-"
Wilbur takes a deep breath and turns around. Making his way to the other convicts.
The trial starts.

"... the convicts will be sentenced to......-
To- death. They will be hanged today at- 2.15pm."
In an hour.

Wilbur sits there with the others. Waiting for his death. Feeling numb. And cold.

Dream sits there. All alone in his bed. Waiting for 2.15 pm. He won't be there. Can't watch Wilbur die.
Why?
He doesn't know. Slowly everything replays in his head.

Wilbur smiles.
They started a revolution for equally. For democraty. For freedom.
They won it.
They are equally with every other convict in and outside this land. Freedom. Death is freedom. It makes you free from your burnt out live that you may or may not fucked up.
But no democraty.
Their death was settled with the start of the revolution. He shouldn't have dragged the others into it.

Maybe... It is love?
No it cant be. That's what the revolution was about, right? He can't feel what he is against. Same gender love.
It's bad.
Is it?

Together they walk out. Everything is ready.
Everyone is ready. The people cheer.

Does he love Wilbur?
Is it why he really tried to keep Wilbur with him? Why he never liked Bad and Wilbur being around?
Maybe.
A deep breath.
Everything replays.
Yes.
He loves him.
He can't let him die.

Under their feets is wood. Wood.
Around their neck a rope.
Someone walks behind them.
Wilbur can't see. A potato sack is over his head.
Someone screams something. People cheer.
Their death is near.
More cheering. Over it a yell.
"Stop"

"Stop"
Dream screams.

The wood disappears.
Gravity drags him down. A crack.
Neck is cracked.

His lovers body falls.
Head falls down.

He is to late.
