Y/N's POV:
I woke up to the sound of a loud THUD coming from above where my attic was, Pappy was already awake and screamed in terror, I quickly covered her mouth "Shhh" I whispered 'Could it be a burglar?, an escaped prisoner?, a murderer?'
I looked to my clock to see that it was
the middle of the night as I reached
and grabbed the baseball bat covered
in barbed wire from underneath of
my bed, I quietly tiptoed out of my
bedroom and toward the attic, not
even the sound of creaking floorboards could be heard. I pulled down the latter and turned on my flashlight as I walked up, looking around me for any signs of a break in. Until, I saw the reason, it
was the bat girl from a few weeks ago
but, she was unconscious
'Jesus...' I went over to check her pulse
and to my relief, it was there. "Phew.."
I suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder
which sent a shiver down my spine,
I quickly turned around but it was only Pappy "Geez!, don't do that!"
yelled which scared her to the point of tears "I-I-I'm sorry" "Ugh..." I hugged her close "I'm sorry, let's just find out what we're gonna do with our little bat "friend" here, alright?"
Timeskip (A few weeks later)
Y/N's POV:
I felt a sudden disturbance in my sleep, so I woke up, only to see the werebat who called herself "Noi" hanging upside down from my chandelier just watching me. "That's creepy, Noi" I said, she came down and flew around my living room "Sorry, I was just so eager to tell that my broken wing was healed" She announced happily "Good, now you can fly back out there" I said, Noi landed next to my dog, Oscar and picked him up
"Awww, but I've gotten so used to this
place" She whined "I wasn't asking..." I said "Okay, okay, I'll leave tomorrow night" She replied playing with Oscar like a baby "Tomorrow?" I asked, outside to see that it was raining "Sigh, Fine but, remember tomorrow" I said "Thanks a lot, buddy" Noi replied letting Oscar down, I sighed once more before laying back on my couch, my eyes slowly began to close, but once they did. I felt something fall on my lap, it was Noi
"Hey, don't fall asleep yet, I still haven't thanked you for helping me" She said "You can get off of me for starters..." I said "C'mon, don't be like that, I know a game we can play, it'll be fun" She said "If you don't want to be thrown out right now, then I suggest you get off now" I replied which got across to Noi, she got off of me with a huff "You're no fun..." She said with her cheeks puffed up, I remained quiet and closed my eyes again and drifted off to sleep
Noi's POV:
'Geez, most guys would particularly
leap at offers like that, what I need is-' I suddenly heard the buzzing of the moth girl flying around in the other room, she flew out of it and landed right next to a sleeping Y/N "Aww, he's asleep..." She said in disappointment 'This gives me an idea' "Hey, moth, how would like to be a part of my little game?" I asked which
earned her attention
"A game?, what kind of game?" She
asked "I'll tell you, but first, I need your help in getting this couch potato to his bedroom" I replied, she then looked to the couch Y/N was sleeping on "But, I don't see any potatoes here" She said 'She's not very bright, this just got a whole lot easier'
