"ARE YOU nervous?" Petra asked, now switching her attention from the midnight sky to me.

"By the way you're tapping your foot, I should be asking you that same question." I teased while pointing my hand to the female's stomping leg.

"It would be nice if you didn't break our ride with your foot y'know," Oluo commented as he slid back into the seating.

"We've only been in here for thirty minutes and you're both already bickering like an old couple." Eld teased with his arms crossed.

"Anyways," The female next to me said harshly, "(L/N), have you ever been to something like this?" Petra asked.

"You could say (Y/N) if it's just us just so you know, and to answer your question, no, I don't usually go to places with large numbers of people."

"(Y/N) sounds like an antisocial name," Oluo commented, getting a slap on the arm from Petra.

"Ouch, that hurts my feelings," I whispered in a joking tone, dramatically posing with a hand hovering over my head.

"Well aren't you a comedic doctor, for your information that slap hurt more than your feelings." He whined, rubbing his now sore arm.

"As I was saying, I don't believe you, (Y/N)," Petra said in a low voice.

"And why is that?" I asked in confusion.

"You don't seem like someone antisocial, you seem so friendly and outgoing when you first got here I didn't expect you to be a loner." She stated bluntly.

"Now I wouldn't use the word loner, being a doctor has a lot of traits like being calm—" I tried to explain in a defensive tone, being rudely interrupted by a bump in the road which gave Oluo a sense of enjoyment.

"We're here!" The driver called out.

I let out a breath of air, relieved that we were finally here and I wouldn't have to be violated by Petra.

Everyone exited the ride, leaving me and Petra waiting to get out.

She slid her body past mine, getting up to exit the carriage.

Before getting out she leaned into my ear, "You know, maybe being a doctor is the reason why you're so good at talking to others. I mean, no wonder you were able to pull the mad scientist." She teased.

"Petra!"

Stepping inside I almost couldn't believe my eyes.

I was in disbelief, in all my years of work I've never seen such a place.

It was as if every square inch of the castle was flawlessly polished. Everything shined and glowed as its own.
