The next morning Beca was sat at a long conference table bored out of her mind. She'd much rather be home snuggled up to chloe, but no she had to come to this stupid meeting.
At 7am.
"At that is why faking Beca's singleness would greatly increase sales." Jenny concluded.
"I don't know how many times I have to say it but I'm not breaking up with Chloe, real or fake. She really doesn't want to do it and neither do I." Beca stated, clearly annoyed.
"I'm not making my clients do anything they don't want to do. I also promised the Mitchell's that nothing would happen with their relationships when I signed them." Theo spoke up.
"It wouldn't have to be permanent. Consider it." Jenny tried.
"You know how many fans love chloe and I. How many people would be heartbroken finding out we 'split'. A lot. There are so many fan pages out there, we've gotten so many messages on how we helped people accept their sexuality. You didn't consider any of that did you?" Beca asked.
"That's not important Beca sales are." Jenny said.
"Sales are not what's most important. You're making my fans seem like numbers. My fans are real people who have feelings and struggle with similar things I do. All I ever want to do is help them accept who they are and my relationship helps with that. The minute you start to look at my fans as numbers and not people, I lose all respect for you." Beca snapped.
"I think this meeting is finished." Theo said and Beca immediately left.
She was fuming. She was so angry at her manager. She drove home and entered the house with a sigh. She saw Aubrey and Jesse at the breakfast bar and chloe standing next to them.
"Hey baby." Chloe smiled at her.
Beca dropped her keys in the bowl, shed her jacket and She kicked off her shoes. She walked over to Chloe and picked her up, much to the redheads confusion as well as her and the other twos surprise.
Beca walked the both of them to their bedroom, ignoring Chloes questions on the way. She pulled the covers back and laid chloe down, laying right on top of her.
She didn't break the position they were in when she carried the redhead. Pulling the covers up, She then lifted the girls shirt slightly and laid her head under it with a sigh.
Chloe soon understood what was wrong with Beca and scratched the girls head through her shirt.
Jesse appeared in the doorway with a concerned look on his face.
"What happened?" He asked.
"I think someone really pissed her off and she's currently trying to calm herself down." Chloe told him.
Beca pulled her head out of Chloes shirt and sat up, staring at her brother.
"You want to know what our manager implied today?" Beca asked and Jesse could tell she was angry.
"What did she do?" He asked, moving to sit on her desk chair.
"She implied that our fans are only numbers. I made a point to say that I've received many messages on how chloe and I helped fans figure out their sexuality and helping them except the fact that it's okay to be gay or bi or pan or trans or whatever you need to be." She said with so much passion that Jesse was surprised.
"She didn't care that I've helped save their lives, that the four of us, you me Aubrey chloe, have helped save lives. Helped people find themselves. She only cared about the numbers." Beca said sadly.
Chloe sat beside the brunette and rubbed her shoulders.
"I just- I just don't want to be like every other celebrity. I care so much about our fans Jess, I'd rather not be paid a cent then treat them like numbers." Beca told him.
"We won't be like the others. Our fans will always come first." He smiled softly at her.
"Good to know we're on the same page." Beca smiled.
"How about we all do something to get your mind off it? We get to go see the house later." Chloe said excitedly making Beca smile.
"Can't wait." She said leaning over to kiss the redhead.
Aubrey then appeared in the doorway hesitantly, "Everything good in here?" She asked.
"Yeah Bree." Jesse smiled.
She then walked in with a plate and a mug in her hands, "Beca I brought you some coffee and breakfast because I know you didn't eat before the meeting and I thought it'd cheer you up a bit." She said handing over the stuff.
"Thanks Bree." Beca smiled.
After a few hours relaxing with everyone, Beca and chloe were now heading to see the house.
"I'm nervous" Chloe said.
"Don't be." Beca smiled at her.
When they pulled up the real estate agent was already there. She took them on a tour of the house and both girls loved it.
It had an open floor plan, so from the kitchen you could see the living room and dinning room. Both the living room and the kitchen were nice and large. There was also one bedroom downstairs and the bathroom right across the hall.
Upstairs there was a small living room area before you reached the room. There were three identical rooms and one bathroom on either side of the hall. At the very end sat the master bedroom. It was a very large room with a walk-in closet as well as an attached bathroom.
There was also a very large fenced in backyard and a good amount of Land in the front yard as well. There's a wrap around porch on the house as well.
The house was perfect.
They ended up signing the contract and getting the house that day since their the only ones to put an offer on it.
Once they were handed the keys Beca smiled at chloe and leaned in to kiss her. They just began the next chapter of their lives and they couldn't be more excited.
The rest of the day consisted of them picking up Jesse and Aubrey and going furniture shopping.
"I want one of the bedrooms turned into an office. I don't mind which one but we have four extras and I don't think we'll be having that many kids anytime soon." Beca joked as they arrived at the desk section.
"How about the one downstairs? Then we can have the upstairs as just bedrooms." Chloe suggested and Beca agreed.
They picked out beds, couches, chairs, tables, accessories, anything they needed they picked out and bought since they didn't have much in the apartment.
They hired a team of movers to get all the furniture into the house. Chloe stood and pointed them the direction they needed to go, making sure everything's set up nicely.
Beca on the other hand had returned to the apartment to pack some of their things up into boxes. They weren't planning on fully moving in until the weekend but it never hurt to pack before hand.
As beca packed up some boxes Jesse appeared in her room.
"It's gonna be so weird not living together anymore." Jesse told her.
"Yeah. We've been side by side living together for twenty-three years. It's going to weird not seeing you in the mornings but hey, we still work together. It's just time for us to live our own lives now." Beca told him with a smile.
"I love you Bec, I know we don't say that a lot but you're my sister and I love you more then anything." Jesse said as he helped her pack.
"I love you too Jess, a lot." She smiled.
He walked over and hugged her tight before going back to packing the boxes. They spent the next few hours in comfortable silence as they packed the girls stuff up.
Soon chloe and Aubrey returned home and they all went to bed in the same house for the last time.
They were ready for their next chapter.
