Unpacking was exhausting. That's why when Beca finally collapsed on the couch after unpacking the last box she swore she'd never get up for the rest of the night.
Chloe giggled at her girlfriend as she sat beside her and curled into her side. Beca ran her fingers up and down the girls arm as she leaned back and closed her eyes.
"What are your thoughts about kids?" Chloe asked randomly and Beca opened one of her eyes to look at the girl.
"Where is this coming from?" Beca asked confused.
"Well since we talked about marriage in the car I'm curious about what you think about kids." Chloe explained.
"I want kids. Thats for sure but I am not carrying them. That's all you so you can decided how many kiddos you'd like but I really don't want more them like four." Beca told her.
"Well that's good because I only want a max of four as well." Chloe giggled.
"Good. I don't think I could handle anymore little monsters then that." Beca said and chloe laughed.
"Do you think if we asked Jesse to be the sperm that we could have twins? Since you two are?" Chloe asked her.
"Well there's always the chance of having twins but you would have more control over that then Jesse. The mothers genes would control it not the fathers. So having a history of twins would only matter on the mothers side then fathers." Beca explained and chloe quirked an eyebrow at her.
"How the fuck did you know all that?" She asked with a laugh.
"Biology Bitch." Beca answered the two of them laughed together.
Beca noticed chloe sadden a bit after, "Did you want twins?" Beca asked.
"I thought It'd be cool." Chloe said.
Beca thought about it and then remembered something.
"Chloe were idiots." Beca said and Chloe looked at her weird.
"You're brothers are twins dummy. You most likely have the gene if there were twins in your family before." Beca rolled her eyes and Chloes lit up.
"Oh my god you're right!" She exclaimed.
Beca just gazed at her beautiful girlfriend as she began to ramble on how they could have twins in the future and how she wished one was a boy and one was a girl. How she wanted them to be best friends growing up and so many other things Beca lost track of.
Beca leaned up and softly kissed her, cutting off her rambling. Chloe smiled slightly into the kiss as she brought her hands up to rest on either side of Beca's neck. Once Beca pulled away chloe spoke.
"What was that for?" She asked.
"You're just adorable and amazing me everyday." Beca whispered softly as she got lost in Chloes bright blue eyes.
Chloe blushed slightly as she smiled, "I don't think you'll ever lose that charm Mitchell."
"I never plan too." Beca smiled.
Their moment was cut off by the ring of Beca's cell phone. She reached over to check the caller ID and answered when she saw Stacie's name.
"Hey legs what's up." Beca smiled as she answered her childhood best friend.
"I'm being kicked out." Stacie answered and Beca immediately sat up straight.
"Wait what? What happened?" Beca asked.
"I don't really know bec, just toady I was told I have to get my shit and get out by tomorrow." Stacie said, Beca could here her tears.
"What do you need from me? What can I do?" Beca asked.
'Get my laptop' she mouthed to chloe and the redhead nodded before leaving the room.
"I don't know Bec I just need my best friend right now." Stacie said.
"I'll fly out there, as soon as I can. I'll help you stace." Beca told her.
"I'm sorry." Stacie cried.
"Hey no need to be sorry. I'm your best friend, this is what I'm here for." Beca answered as she saw chloe come back with her laptop.
"I'm just so overwhelmed." Stacie told her.
"It's understandable Stace. This is stressful." Beca told her.
She pulled up flights from LAX to New York and found one that took off at seven, a little less then an hour from now. She quickly booked the flight and sent an email off the Theo stating their was an emergency with a childhood friend and she'd be gone for a few days.
"I've booked a flight that leaves at seven. I should be there around midnight my time so about three am your time." Beca told her as she closed the laptop and rushed upstairs to pack a bag, a confused chloe following her.
"Okay. See you soon Bec." Stacie said.
"See you soon stace, love you." Beca said and ended the call after Stacie said love you back.
"Beca what's going on?" Chloe asked as she watched Beca frantically pack a bag.
"Stacie's being kicked out. She has to be out by tomorrow. I'm flying there to help her out, find her a place to stay. I'll be gone like four days max." Beca told her as she kissed her cheek and rushed down the stairs to collect her laptop and charger.
"You're just going to leave me to sleep the first night in our new house alone?" Chloe asked sadly.
She understood the need for Beca to get to Stacie, but that doesn't stop her from wanting to spend the first night in this house with her Brunette.
"I'm so sorry Chlo, I wasn't thinking about much other then getting to Stacie. If your really don't want to sleep here alone I bet Jesse and Aubrey would love to have you back. I really need to go though." Beca told her.
"I'll call them but I want to drive you to the airport." Chloe said and they both headed out the door.
The ride was silent other then the music playing in the background. Once they pulled up to the airport chloe spoke.
"I love you, tell Stacie I miss her and wish her the best of luck with whatever happens." Chloe said.
"I love you too, I'll let her know." Beca said, quickly leaning over the center console to give Chloe a kiss.
Beca exited the car and rushed to make it through everything before it was time to board. Luckily she did with only three minutes to spare. Once she was on the plane she texted chloe and Stacie to inform them both before turning her phone off.
Chloe on the other hand had called Aubrey to see if she could stay with them. Aubrey had agreed and now chloe found herself back in the familiar living room she loved.
"Beca just left?" Aubrey asked, a bit confused at the situation.
"Stacie called needed help. She had been kicked out and didn't know what to do. Beca booked a flight to New York to help her move out in time and find a different place to stay." Chloe explained and the two others nodded their head.
"I'm gonna go to bed, I'm tried from all the unpacking I did today." Chloe said and left the room, heading back to the room Beca and her once shared.
She knows she sounds a bit dramatic but chloe misses Beca. She was looking forward to spending the first night in their new home together. She just wished Beca would've asked if she wanted to come with instead of just leaving but she understood that Beca just wanted to help her friend.
With her final thoughts, she drifted to sleep.
