Two months later.

The drop of Jesse and Beca's new album was a major success so they had gone on a mini tour for the last month around America. They had only arrived back home a few days ago and their girls were very excited.

They had spent the whole day together, just the four of them. They went out to dinner and watched some movies back at Beca and Chloes before the other two headed home and everyone went to bed.

Today Beca decided she wanted to surprise chloe with a date since they hadn't gone on one for a while. She told Chloe that she'd come back around seven to pick her up and that she'd be out all day. Chloe was super excited which made Beca chuckle a bit as she left.

She decided she wanted to do a picnic at sunset with a movie projector set up in the trees. She headed up to the mall to Best Buy to buy a projector and a generator. She hit a few other stores while she was out also.

She walked around the mall for a little bit trying to see if there's anything else she needs for her date tonight. She ended up buying chloe a beautiful dress that she saw as well as picking up some of the redheads favorite snacks.

Her eye caught the candy store and she smirked. She headed in there to grab the last item she needs before leaving to set up the date.

At 6:57 Beca rang the doorbell of her home which made chloe giggle as she approached it.
When she opened the door she smiled seeing Beca holding her favorite flowers.

"For you my love." Beca smiled handing them over.

"Their beautiful Bec thank you." Chloe said as she went to put them in water before they left.

Beca lead her out to the car and opened her door for her before heading to her side and driving away.

"So what have you got planned for this evening?" Chloe asked as she turned her body towards the brunette.

"It's a surprise love." Beca chuckled as chloe groaned.

"Well can you at least tell me how long the drive is?" She asked.

"Only like twenty minutes, we'll be there before you know it." Beca smiled.

Like she promised, twenty minutes later they pulled up a dirt path to cliff overhang. Chloe gasped as the date came into her sight.

Beca had set up fairy lights around the trees and hung a sheet between two with the projector set up. There was a blanket on the ground with pillows and a picnic.

"Baby it's beautiful." Chloe whispered.

"You like it?" Beca asked and chloe immediately nodded.

"This is amazing." She said.

The two got out of the car and Beca took the redheads hand.

"I thought we could watch the sunset and then watch your favorite movie with a picnic." Beca said.

"When did you get all this?" Chloe asked.

"I went out to the mall this morning to buy the projector and stuff. Oh I almost forgot." Beca said jogging slightly back to the car before coming back with the dress.

"I saw this dress in the mall today and thought of you. I decided to get it. I wanted to show you." Beca smiled.

"Beca it's beautiful." Chloe gasped as she looked at the dress.

"Not as beautiful as you." Beca smirked and Chloe laughed.

"You're so cheesy. Go put that back in the car so we can get started." Chloe laughed pushing her chest slightly.

Beca did as chloe asked before coming and sitting on the blanket. Chloe joined her and watched as Beca pulled all her favorite snacks out of the basket.

"I swear you make me fall more and more in love with you everyday." Chloe smiled.

"Well that's the hope." Beca smiled.

The two sat and watched the sunset in a comfortable silence. Chloe had her head on Beca's shoulder, both girls with a content smile on their faces. Once the sun fully set they watched the lion king on the projector.

As the movie ended chloe turned her head to look up and Beca, "I love you" she said leaning up to kiss her.

"I love you too." Beca smiled.

"I think you're the best thing to ever happen to me. I was so broken when you came into my life. We both had problems but we worked through them together and I think that's what kept me alive through high school. I don't know where I'd be without you. I want to spend everyday of my life with you and there's only one way to secure that wish." Beca said as she pulled something out of the basket.

Chloe had an idea where this was going and began to get super excited. She laughed a bit when she saw Beca opened a ring pop and hold it out to her while settling on one knee.

"Will you marry me?" Beca asked with a smile and chloe giggled a bit.

"Depends on the flavor." She laughed and Beca looked at the package.

"Uhh Blue Raspberry Watermelon." Beca answered looking back up at her.

"Ooh sounds good." She said and Beca chuckled.

"So will you marry me?" She asked again laughing.

"Yes. I will marry you." Chloe smiled pulling Beca into a kiss.

Beca put the ring pop on her finger and Chloe took a picture of it with a laugh. She laughed even harder when Beca licked it. She snapped a picture of that too before licking the pop herself.

"When you talked about proposing with a ring pop I didn't think you'd do it but I'm glad you did." Chloe smiled as she wrapped her arms around Beca's neck.

"I went into the candy store and it was the last swirl ring pop they had. I believed it was a sign so I bought it." She explained.

"Well I loved it." Chloe smiled kissing her again.

"When do you want to tell people?" Beca asked.

"I think we should go with that idea of keeping it fully secret. I think it will be fun and that also eliminates fans trying to break in." Chloe says and Beca nods.

"Then let's do it." Beca smiled.

They packed up the date, well more like Beca did while chloe ate her pop, and headed home. They both went to sleep with smiles on their faces excited for what the future held.

Thought it was time for our favorite couple to get engaged. Maybe this will help with my writers block.

Also they live in New York right? I can't remember where I put them and I'm to lazy to go back and check lol.
