Ella has always loved Christmas, but December 1986 proves to be the most special holiday season yet. Ambitious 22-year-old Ella Burke is studying medicine at Oxford University. In July of 1986, she got to meet and befriend the legendary rock band Queen at the Wembley Stadium concert because her father worked in the lighting department for the band. As Ella is on break for the holidays, she gets a surprise visit from the Queen members and has the most magical, amazing Christmas she could imagine.
