"Everyone pay attention. I have an announcement to make." Ma laoshi said. "This year, the Dance Academy Production plans to hold a dance competition for schools throughout the whole China, six months from today. The faculty had a meeting and we have decided to join this competition."

With the mention of a dance competition, the whole class turned silent. Usually, their class wouldn't get notified about this competitions because they would immediately turn it down.
Sunrui hesitantly raised her hand. "W–Why are we being told about this...?"
"Because this is a big competition, the campus requires the best of the best, meaning students from classes A and B are most likely to get picked. And most of you in this class are on Class A." Ma laoshi answered.
Hearing this, the students from classes C and D mentally celebrated.
"The laoshis will be the one to pick the participants?" Yuxin asked.
"If no one volunteers, then we'll have to pick." Ma laoshi explained.
"And since it will be the laoshis' who will pick, the student who got chosen won't be able to complain. Great." Xiaotang sarcastically remarked.
Sunrui bit her lip, "How many students a required to join?"
"Fourteen students maximum. If possible, majority of the team are from Class A." Ma laoshi said.
Sunrui put her hand down just as the blue streaked haired girl raised her hand.
"Keni," Ma laoshi cued.
"Can't we re-think this decision. Most of class A's students are the ones......who were part of that...competition. Most of us has given up on competitions and..." she trailed off.
"I'm sorry, but that is the final decision. It was her grandma's decision." Ma laoshi informed.
Hearing this, everyone gave up on trying to persuade the laoshi to withdraw from the competition.
Keran wanted to say something but she stopped herself as it may came out as being disrespectful.
"The campus is giving you one month to think about it," Ma laoshi looked at the four students at the back. "Tell everyone who needs to know about this and ask for their decision if it's too hard for you."
The four of them know that the laoshi is referring to their girlfriends.
Sighing, all four of them nodded their heads.
The blue-haired woman listened the whole time. Though her face was emotionless, her mind is wondering about what her grandma was thinking, asking them to join for this competition. And since it was her grandma's decision, she knows it has to do something with her.
"Since it's the first day, I'll let you do whatever you want, go wherever you wanna go but DON'T cause trouble." The laoshi instructed.
Suddenly, Keran and Lingzi phone buzzed. Both of them took out their phones and saw messages from their girlfriends.
