Daisy didn't utter a word as her tongue forgot the basic words and a stone like obstruction formed in her throat. She didn't dare to look at him, her eyes lowered as she tried her best to stay calm. That's all she could do in this helpless condition.
He closed the door shut with a bang bolting it. Her heart thundered wildly as he walked with dominant steps and stopped at the foot of the bed.
She can feel his intense burning gaze on her which made her a lot more uncomfortable and anxious.
"I must admit that you'd make a good psychiatrist." He commented his voice was rather calm yet she stayed shut.
"Let's talk about your stupidity now. As a psychiatrist you believed in DID, fine, but were you stupid to forget the symptoms. Knowing fully well that Taehyung can return at any second you trusted Kim! If I was at your place I would've never trusted Kim but you being purely dumb asked Kim to help you escape!" He talked about himself as if he's talking about someone else and he made a tch sound and continued.
"You're pretty dumb! But I won't deny I enjoyed every bit of this little adventure but because of you and not to break my act, I had to kill Dorothy! I killed my trusted nurse just because of you! Did you have a slightest idea how difficult it is to find a person like Dorothy who's mind works differently from these stupid humans!" He snapped but his calm never went away.
"But you aren't that stupid now, as you emailed that fucking Wyatt of yours and that Jimin! There were already so many punishments lined up but the most infuriating part was that you knew Jimin yet you lied to me, you called him for help. You lied to me!" He seethed but his face was calm as she glanced at him only to tremble in her place.
"W-w-why?"She croaked out with much difficulty as she tried to stop the trembling of her body.
He arched his perfect brow at her as a smirk appeared on his face. He looked devilishly handsome under dim light but she knew better what the true monster he is.
"Because I wanted to play. I was tired of being a bad guy in your eyes so I played a game and within a blink I was a good guy in your eyes. Easy-peasy!" He mused as if he has done something to be proud of. His eyes held that weird gleam of satisfaction.
"I love playing games. It's your fault that you didn't catch me." He stated casually as he slowly removed his Rolex watch and placed it on the bed side table ever so slowly.
Daisy was in trauma. She felt betrayed! The emotional pain was too much for her to bear.
She was staring at the ceiling feeling defeated and drained out of tears. All her hopes are crushed down into nothing. What could be more heartbreaking than this!
But she was wrong!
The lights of the room abruptly turned on and it was so bright that she shut her eyes tightly yet she can feel the light through her closed eyelids.
