The eighth year students were handing in their essays, they were about to begin with the Polyjuice potion, Hermione and Draco didn't know what to say to one another, they woke up intertwined with one another and whenever they looked at one another they would both blush red

Hermione was sitting with Ginny who was looking between the two head students

"What is going on with you and Malfoy?" Ginny whispered

Hermione turned to the red hair girl

"There is nothing going on between us, will you stop with that?" She whispered back

"I see the secret glances between the two, come on, what happened?"

Hermione sighed and debated on telling her, she turned to her best friend and motioned her to come closer

"Malfoy and I...slept in the same bed..." she whispered

"WHAT?" Ginny exclaimed, causing people to look at the girls

"Shhh! Ginny!" Hermione whispered harshly

"Sorry" Ginny mumbled "so what? You two slept together?" Ginny asked

Hermione shook her head "no! We didn't sleep together we...cuddled?" Hermione told her

"You...cuddled?...when's the wedding?" Ginny smirked

"Ginevra!" Hermione exclaimed softly, Ginny laughed

Ron and Harry walked up to the two girls, they took residence in the empty seats

"What are you two talking about?" Ron asked

"Girl things, you wouldn't understand" Ginny dismissed her brother

"Mione, are you coming to Hogshead with us this weekend?" Harry asked

Hermione sighed and shook her head "can't, I have to practice" Hermione said

"Again? Seriously Hermione, why don't you want to hang out with us anymore?" Ron asked

"I do, I do want to hang out with you, but I can't, I need to practice" Hermione told them

"With what? Why won't you tell us?" Ron asked her

"Granger! I don't have all day" Draco said, Hermione turned to him and put a hand up telling him to wait

"I have to go, I'll explain later" Hermione said and grabbed her bag, Harry and Ginny nodded and Ron glared, she walked to the Slytherin and took a seat

"Ron?" Ginny asked her brother

"Is she sleeping with him? Has he gotten her under a spell? Is that why she's been spending more time with that git than with us? We're her friends" Ron ranted

"Ron, they're potion partners, they aren't sleeping together" Harry said

"They why is she always with him? Doesn't she have enough friends?" Ron asked

"They're head boy and head girl, they have responsibilities together, they will spend more time together, but it doesn't mean anything" Harry told the boy

"B-" Ron began

"Ron, It's not the end of the world if they are friends, she is still our Hermione, she will always be our best friend, just because she's giving him a chance doesn't mean that she doesn't care about us" Harry told him

Ron sighed and looked to his ex-girlfriend who was in a deep discussion with the Slytherin head boy, he just wanted her back, he made a mistake and he was paying for it, but he just wanted her back
