55 Epilogue

Two years later

"Scorpius don't chew that" Hermione said, grabbing the veil from her baby

"Hermione are y-why aren't you dressed yet?" Pansy asked

"I got carried reading?" Hermione said

"Come on, Draco will have my head if I don't kick your arse down the wedding aisle, come on, let's get you dressed" Pansy ordered, summoning the dress and making Hermione strip down

"I'm coming, I thought it was common knowledge for the bride to become irrational" Hermione joked

"Well you know how Draco is, don't freak out if one of your kids are also planning maniacs" Pansy said, zipping Hermione up in the dress

"I believe Lyra is already taking after her father, she waddled into her a few hours ago, took one look at Scorpius and asked him 'why aren't you clean yet?' She woke him from his much needed nap, considering that she kept him up almost all the night babbling on about the wedding plan" Hermione laughed

"She's two, what has Draco done to the girl?" Pansy asked

"Made her high maintenance, like father like daughter" Hermione said, wincing when Pansy pulled her hair slightly

"Ow" Hermione said

Pansy finished fixing Hermione up, Luna and Astoria walked in and got ready

"How's everything going with what's-his-name?" Pansy asked Astoria

"Jaques? Everything is going fine, I really like him, but I'm worried that once I tell him...he'll leave" Astoria sighed

"If he truly loves you, he'll accept you for everything you are" Luna said

"But..." Astoria began

"Look at it this way, if he hurts you I'll turn him into a toad" Pansy threatened

"Don't mind her Tory, you know how she gets" Luna said

The four girls continued getting ready and talked about the latest gossip

There was a knock at the door and Pansy opened it

"Draco...yes she's ready...no you can't see her...go away" Pansy ordered, she walked back with Lyra in her arms

"Hi Princess!" Hermione exclaimed

"Mama" Lyra giggled, reaching out and getting into Hermione's arms

"Mama" Scorpius cried, Luna helped him into Hermione's waiting arm

"One thing Scorpius gets from his father for sure, his constant need for attention" Hermione chuckled

"Come on, show time!" Astoria said, Hermione put her

Hermione put Lyra and Scorpius down, holding their hands they all walked out and made their way to the gardens, Hermione heard the music begin to play and everyone for into place, Blaise brought Leon to the girl group and kissed Luna before making his way to the front of the aisle

"Okay Leon, Scorpius, you are in charge of the rings" Luna told them in her dreamy voice, kneeling in front of them and gave them a box each

"Be careful with them okay?" Luna asked, the two toddlers nodded eagerly

She led them to the entrance and motioned them to go to Blaise, Hermione could hear the 'ooh's' from the people, Lyra walked up to Luna with determination, Luna explained her job and Lyra nodded, grabbing the flower basket she made her way to her father, earning 'awe's' from the women and chuckles from the men

The music changed and Hermione's bridesmaids made their way down the aisle

"I wish you were here Harry" Hermione whispered, quickly shaking her head of the sad memory when her father came to escort her down the Aisle

The wedding went smoothly, it was small but wonderful, a hidden moment from the world

The reception was just as wonderful, the music began and it meant the first dance as husband and wife

Draco escorted Hermione to the dance floor and they began to waltz

"You okay?" Draco whispered

Hermione furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, wrapping her arms around his neck

"I know you would have loved it if the Weasley's, Potter and she-Potter would have been here" Draco said, picking her up and spinning her

"I would have, but this is our day, nothing could ruin this" Hermione smiled "I love you Mr. Draco Malfoy" she whispered

"I love you Mrs. Hermione Malfoy" Draco said, dipping her and kissing her

Draco helped her stand up properly, the music changed into a more upbeat tune and everyone began joining the couple on the dance floor

Hermione looked at the scene before her, her husband was dancing with Lyra and Scorpius, her parents were talking with her in-laws, Hermione noticed that her father was making hand gestures and Lucius was very attentive to whatever he was saying

Hermione played with her rings and still couldn't believe that she got this future all because of a dance she was forced to do with her school enemy, in all her time spent daydreaming, this was a scenario that she never expected to come to life

"Everything alright?" Luna asked

Hermione nodded, smiling at Luna who walked up to Blaise who was with her son

"It all started with a dance" Hermione whispered
