Christmas Eve

It's Christmas Eve and to say I'm excited is an understatement. Right now, I'm getting dressed for the Christmas ball one of the mafia families are hosting. I just finished my hair and I'm now putting on my shoes and jewelry. When I'm completely ready, I look at myself in the mirror. I look like a princess.

 I look like a princess

I pull up my dress and strap on my gun holster and knife holster on each of my thighs just in case. I put my phone in my clutch and make my downstairs.

"How do you always manage to look better than all of us?" Leandre asks.

"He's right Principessa. You look gorgeous." grandpa Orlando cuts in. I say thank you and they all go to the limo except Levi. And yes, they know about me and Levi's relationship. He comes over to me and takes my hand, bringing it to his mouth to kiss it.

"You look breathtaking, as always."

"And you look handsome, as always."

We walk out to the limo and get in. We get to the ballroom where the mafia don is hosting the party. Paparazzi flash their cameras and reporters have their mics out trying to get at least a single syllable from us. Levi holds out his hand and I take it, stepping out the car. He then takes his arm in mine as we walk into the ballroom. We walk to the top of stairs of and wait for the announcer to a announce our arrival. Don't ask me why they're so dramatic when it comes to these things but I guess everyone in a mafia family is royalty.

Everyone's names have been announced and it's now me and Levi's turn.

"Italian-Russian Mafia Princess, Artemis Regio-Ivanov with her prince, Levi Costello!"

We walk down the stairs and everyone stares while we just keep a blank face. When we get to the bottom of the stairs, I walk with mom to give our cloaks to the coat man and we then walk back to the others. We all go to one of the many tables and start eating because food is bae, sorry Levi. All throughout the night, we dance, laugh, and joke around before we go home.
