He strides over like he has no care in the world, but at the same time as if everything in the world mattered. He walks over to us and I'm just looking out the window
'Hey Kane' I hear em say
He nods his head at her
And I can feel him begin to stare at me so I turn my attention towards him after a while and he's just staring. Finally he says 'how rude you can't open your mouth to speak to me'
'Em said hey to you and you used your head to respond back instead of your mouth' and he just stared at me then turned to em and said hello
He turned his head to me and said 'what have you been up to today?' ....I kind of just stare at him because I can't tell if he's testing me to see if I'll lie to him so I need to think smart.
'Nothing , doing girl things'
'Like what'
'Girl things Kane. Girl things! Why are you even here! I told you to give me space this isn't you giving me space your always in my space'
He didn't say anything he just looked at me, I turned my head down once he started staring too hard. He looked up at em
'What did you guys do today?'
I looked up at her and did my girl code for don't say anything, so she didn't.
I told him he needed to leave and let me enjoy my girl time with em
'Okay so next time answer my calls and text' he says as he kisses me on the forehead
He stood up and turned to leave , em waved as she watched him walk out
'Thank god' I said
'I think he knows and he was just testing you to see if you would tell him' em said
' I don't think so cause he wouldve said something' I reply
We finish at the brunch spot then I went over her house and I took the pill and then I laid down
Kane hasn't texted me yet and I'm not complaining I'm glad he's giving me space
Me and Emily hang out for the rest of the day doing nothing really but that's how it always usually is
I started to think about my bed, yes I can't wait to lay down in bed I've been eating all day and doing nothing . I love being with em she brings so much joy info my life I would do anything for her, she's my only real friend to be honest
We decided to have a baking contest and make cupcakes I did chocolate she did vanilla ...we listened to music as we baked and had the time of our lives before I knew it it was 1am
The day consisted of baking , eating , shopping for plan b and then we just watched tv at her house I also helped her organize her closet and take out all the clothes she didn't want anymore and we will donate them.
Around 1:30 am I woke back up and checked my phone 3 missed calls and my mom called me I wasn't going to call her at this time so I'll just see her later, I got up and left em sleeping and got dressed so I could go home
Once I closed her front door I called him back and he answered as I got in my car
'Why weren't you answering'
I told him that I had just woke up
But I called you three times he said
' I see that but my phone was on do not disturb' I started the car and he was like where you going
Home I said
'At this time?'
Yes Kane why all the questions I just want to go home and get in bed
He was like okay I'll be there in 20 minutes
'Why? For what'
'So I can go to sleep Nina why else'
K was all I said I was about to hang up but he wanted to stay on the phone until I got home so I drove in silence because he didn't say anything and neither did I because I was tired, when I parked I got out and walked inside and put my keys down
'Kane I'm going to shower so I'll talk to you later'
'Okay baby' then I hung up and prepared for my shower I played music and let the water wash me for a while I just stood under the hot water then I washed myself. I felt so relaxed I got out as I sang to jhene aiko
I washed my face with Fenty skin and put on my nighttime lotions and cleansed my face in the bathroom then when I stepped out and walked to my room there was knocking on my front door, I turned the music down to make sure I heard correctly and I did. Then he text me saying open
I walked downstairs and opened the door and he walked in and closed it behind him I grabbed some water while I was downstairs and chips and walked back upstairs quietly since my mom was sleeping. After he walked in I closed the door and he sat on my bed and just looked at me
'What?' I said as I walked to the drawer and grabbed my night wear it was simple really just a huge shirt and underwear with my hair in a bun. He just watched me as I did all this then stood up and came behind me and hugged me and engulfed my smell
'You smell so good' as he sniffed my scent
Thanks Kane I said
He kissed my shoulders
' I missed you today' he said 'why do you keep wanting distance' I turned in his embrace 'because Kane your just always on me like I feel like I can't breathe'
'Too bad' he said and I laughed and he kissed me 'I'm gonna shower' he said I nodded and he walked to the bathroom I turned the tv on and watched my shows and checked my social media, Kane stalks all my social media if I tweet something and he feels like I could be talking about another guy or whatever he text me the same moment that I tweet my tweet it's ridiculous he keeps telling me to put him in my close friends on Instagram but I haven't cause I'm not. He took long in the shower before I knew it I fell back asleep
