Fury.
Red hot blazing fury.
It's ripping my chest & reverberating down to every fiber of my muscles.
God, that spoiled arrogant bastard. I want to smack him so bad.
Attempting to assuage my anger, I kick the wall in front of me with all my might.
"Ow! Shit, that hurt." I yelp & skip in pain. My big toe is probably swollen now.
"Ugh, this is so frustrating! Yaaaa!! Get me out of here!!" I scream my lungs out & bang the shackles around my wrists onto the sturdy wooden door.

The heavy metal lock suddenly clicks open, prompting me to leap backwards by reflex.
Two burly guards appear in front of me, each holding a spear in their hands. The sharp iron tips glint under the dim candle light.
"The prince has summoned you." One of them snarls.
"I don't want to." I retreat further into the tiny windowless room.
"It's not your decision to make." He scoffs.
They pounce at me, hook their arms with mine, one on each side, & lift me out of the room.
"Let me down! Ya! Let go of me! I don't want to meet that jerk! Yaaa!" I yell & kick my feet violently in the air to no avail. I'm no match for them.
Thus, I decide to save my energy & let them carry me to wherever we're going.

After several flights of stairs, the lighting becomes brighter & the rough stone floor changes into smooth marble tiles

After several flights of stairs, the lighting becomes brighter & the rough stone floor changes into smooth marble tiles. We must have exited the dungeon & entered the main floor of the palace.
Moonlight peeks through the velvety curtain, illuminating the golden carvings on the walls.
The guard's loud stomps echo in the deserted hallway, but they can't distract me from once again being awestruck by the palace's overt grandeur.
This place is surely majestic. Too bad the people living here are all obnoxious fools.
