Vallyk POV

I wake up next to mike who was still sleeping peacefully I smiled at the sight,then I remember what happened yesterday and with that I check around the room to make sure everything was still in place,you know see if my powers were going off when I was sleep again.............I was thinking,what if mike isn't sleep what if something happened and my powers actually did go off but on him I wouldn't know what power it was though,so I wanted to check to see i checked his pulse it was good but I still wanted to make sure then I looked closely to his chest to see if it was moving and it was then to really make sure I put my head on it to see if I could hear his heartbeat it was good,then I felt moving I looked up seeing mike awake.

M:you good?

Me:yes,what makes you ask that

M:I don't know maybe because your on my chest

Me:oh...sorry,i said while sitting up and blushing at the same

M:it's ok it's all good,but why were you,he said while sitting

Me:nothing really just making sure nothing happened while we were sleep

M:what do you mean

Me:well you know how you said my powers were going off in my sleep

M:yea

Me:well I was checking and I looked around the room and everything was in place and to make sure everything was exactly ok I wanted to see if they went off on you so I was checking to make sure you were ok,I said kinda nervous to know what he was gonna say

He just smiled and then hugged me I was confused but I just hugged back

M:thank you,he said still hugging me

Me:for what?,I asked while breaking the hug

M:for making sure I was ok,he said smiling

Me:oh,you're welcome,I said returning it

Then i just looked down playing with my fingers and it got silent but at the same time i could feel him staring at me

Me:what's wrong,I said looking up at him

M:nothing,can I be honest with you

Me:umm I guess

M:you're cute

Me:oh,umm...t-thank you,I said blushing and looking down

(10 minutes later)

Mike POV

I was sitting on the bed still thinking of the conversation like literally every time he blushed I just wanted to tackle him with kisses,don't know why I don't even like him that way......unless I don't think I do.Anyways val was in the shower and I was just waiting scrolling threw my phone so I could get in.

(30 minutes later)

I had just got out the shower and put on my clothes,so after that I went downstairs and seen everyone in the living room just chilling.When i got to the living room I sat next to val.

Me:so we doing anything today

Dre:I don't know anyone got anyone ideas

De:nah

A:nope

K:not that I know of so no

Me:what about you lovebirds

J:huh,we weren't listening

Dre:obviously with y'all being all lovey dovey and shi
