'Don't you feel heat?'

This a common question we Muslimahs can't deny having never heard before.

The answer is 'no."

Telling them the reason why we wear the hijab would never be understood.

I read this in a book on Wattpad (sorry, I've forgotten the name); a person was asked this question and the reply was something like 'the day of judgment would even be hotter'. I used those words one day in school with a smile on my face, and I wasn't asked the question twice nor did I have to explain myself again.

If you're being asked such questions, reply as such. "I would rather die of heat here and now so I can be shaded by His Shade on the day of reckoning."

Be proud of your hijab, your khimar, your niqab, and your veils. They could save you on That Day.
