I have been here before
Yet tonight the forest is denser than usual
The night sky darker than ever
I feel lost and alone
Just want to go home
But I do not know where to go
For every tree looks the same
Panic starts to take over
I fall to my knees with tears in my eyes
My hands shake uncontrollably
Sweating with fear
How much more could I bear
Then in my darkest moment the clouds slightly break apart
A small beam of moonlight showing me a path
I need to get back on my feet so I rise
I take a few more steps
Before the darkness returns
Along with my tears of despair
This is not fair
But wait did I hear that right
I can hear cars drive by
I start to run quickly almost as if I fly
Able to wave the darkness goodbye
No longer lost and alone
Headed home
