School is about to start
Will this year be good or be bad?
I have been thinking about it endlessly
But in the end, it depends on me.
This study will be a new start
Something I want to do with all of my heart.
Yet stress is going to take its toll
Will it prevent me from reaching my goal?
I am not one to follow trends
Will it prevent me from making friends?
Will I be accepted for who I am?
When will I learn to not give a damn?
All these questions rushing in my head
I am driving myself mad.
Not getting the rest I need from sleep
The stress is stuck too deep.
I have hope it will be a good year
And learn to live without fear.
It is time to create a better memory
Because that will be my remedy.
