a couple of weeks went by of us sneaking around, sleeping at each other's flats and praying that dean never caught us. 

I woke up in my flat, with Neville in the bed with me. I picked up my glasses off of the nightstand and rolled over to face him, my head on his bicep. he stirred and looked at me "good morning, sunflower" he said in a gravelly voice. butterflies erupted in my stomach at the sound of his voice. I smiled at him "good morning nev" I kissed his cheek and sat up, leaning over and laying on his chest. he ran his fingers through my hair and smiled back at me. 

I closed my eyes and smiled softly, enjoying the feeling "its Saturday right?" I asked  

"mhm," he hummed

"good," I said, holding his open hand and running my fingers over his tattoos "I'm sorry to immediately pull the crazy girlfriend line, but whos luna?" I asked, looking at him

he smiled at me "I had a crush on her in school and you know the battle of Hogwarts? I confessed to her during that, she turned me down and I was hung up on her for a couple of years, but I've been over her for like 5 years now. I haven't thought about her in a while, someone else has been occupying my mind" he said 

I nodded, leaning my head into his touch "I was just curious...wait- whos occupying your mind?" I raised an eyebrow as he gave me a perplexed look "are you serious, Campbell?!" he laughed, laying his head back on the pillow

"OH WAIT YOU MEANT ME?!" I laughed and put my face down on his chest "I'm so sorry I'm so stupid" I said through my laughter 

"merlin, Campbell...I knew you were thick but not that thick" he snickered 

"you have to just tell me things straight up" I lifted my head  

"I was trying to be sweet!"

we both fell back into laughter.

 I wiped the tears from my eyes. I haven't felt this relaxed in so long

I heard a knock at the door "hey Adrienne!" I heard dean say through the door. my eyes widened as I looked at Neville.  

Neville had the same look on his face. "give me a second I dropped my glasses let me find them!" I said back as I quickly got off of him and he went to the closet, closing the door.

I went to the front door and opened it "hey Dean, hey Seamus" I smiled casually "what's up?" I asked, tilting my head

"We were wondering if you wanted to go to Hogsmeade, we were gonna get Neville but he wasn't waking up," Seamus said, smiling back at me. 

"oh, sure! I think I remember Neville saying he had a quick meeting with Minerva this morning so I can find him and ask him after I get dressed" I said, leaning against the doorway

"Alright, meet us by the great hall at 1 pm," Dean said as they walked away. I closed the door as Neville stepped out 

"merlins sake" I muttered as he ran his fingers through his hair, walking over to me and wrapping his arms around my waist "so you wanna go to Hogsmeade?" I laughed, kissing him 

"mmm fine, but I would rather stay here with you." he mumbled, kissing my jaw

"me too, but they're gonna get suspicious when they can't find you and I don't go" I responded, running my hand along his jaw. I moved away from him, going to my closet to find an outfit. he came up behind me and held my hips 

"you know you have to get dressed too" I laughed, pulling out a pair of overalls, a white t-shirt and a dark green flannel, throwing it on the bed 

"I know I know" he grumbled burying his face in my neck "I just want to stay a little longer with you"

I grinned and leaned back against him "I know, babe, but I already said I would go with them and you are going too"

he grumbled something about me being bossy, gave me a kiss and then left. 

I got changed into my clothes, put on a little bit of makeup. I slipped on a pair of boots and then made my way to the great hall where Neville, Dean and Seamus were standing

"I see you finally got dressed," Dean said, sticking his tongue out at me

"shut up you said 1 pm and its" I looked at my watch "12:59. I'm actually early" I said, sticking my tongue out back at him.

Neville looked at me, pointing to my neck and winking. my eyes widened as I quickly covered the mark on my neck with my hair

this isn't gonna end well
