hyunjin fell back onto his bed, exhausted. it was still only about 5 pm though, so he was probably just stressed. he's never really fought with jisung before, just playful arguments about silly things every now & then. hyunjin's been telling himself that jisung was in the wrong ever since he walked away from him.

he sighs, staring up at his ceiling. why was i getting defensive? he asks himself, recalling jisung's words. am i in the wrong?

no. seungmin can't help that he comes off as bitter.

he argues with himself, still staring up at the ceiling. he sits up after a few more minutes & rubs his forehead. my head hurts.

he kicks off his shoes & throws his jacket into a basket of dirty clothes. he sits back on the couple of pillows he had on his bed, plugging in his earbuds to listen to music. he plays his favorite playlist, already feeling better.

he has this urge to message seungmin since he just got his number & he really didn't want to talk to jisung right now. he goes into his contacts & presses 'message' when he sees seungmin's number.

hyunjin: hi! its me hyunjin!

he waits patiently for a reply, it had been three minutes & it still said 'delivered'. he was about to grab a snack, but he saw that the text finally showed the 'read' icon.

seungmin: hi

hyunjin: how have you been since i last saw you? have you gotten home safely? :D

seungmin: i'm still in the park lmao
we just finished tho so we're leaving now

hyunjin: oh ok !!! that's fun

seungmin: not really

hyunjin: oh ok :( sorry

seungmin: lol its okay
anyways

hyunjin: anyways..
so! what is your favorite tv show? i wanna start a new one

seungmin: i dont have one lmao

but haikyuu is a pretty good anime i guess

hyunjin: oh ive heard of that one! i'll start watching it rn :) thank u

seungmin: how are you so happy even through text

hyunjin: idk :p
anyway you're going home & i'm watching tv so bye!
