They had just reached day three. Two more days of playing until the weekend. Komori decided that this was finally going to be the day. The day he tells Akagi how he feels. He wanted to do it at the end of camp, but Sakusa's little pep talk from last night really got to him. He wanted to make the best of the time he had. Even if this went wrong, he could only hope that he and Akagi were still friends after it. When they woke up, he talked to his cousin and decided that he would do it after dinner. They would use the same plan they devised earlier. Sakusa invites Atsumu up to their room, and Komori goes down to Akagi's. After working it all out, they went to go hop on the bus for this day's practice.

They played for a little longer than usual today. Since the camp was nearing its end, the coaches wanted them to use this time for the fullest. They decided to play for 30 minutes extra. That half hour was the hardest they've ever had, and that's saying a lot seeing as they've been to nationals before. They pushed all of the players to their limits. They were all sweating buckets. If it was filtered properly, someone could drink it if they didn't know of its origins. After mopping up the floors, and their foreheads, they were on their way back to the hotel. They all quickly made their way to the bathrooms, soaking in your own sweat was never fun. After lots and lots of begging, Komori managed to get into the bathroom before Sakusa. Only thing is, it's going to take them a while to get to dinner since the germ-hating boy wanted to clean the shower before getting in.

Komori was sitting on his bed, waiting for his cousin to wash up when his phone rang. It's seeming to become a pattern, Akagi calls him after shower time. It's only happened once before, but it's happened nonetheless. Komori recently changed the other's contact name to 'Michi' and just looking at it made him smile. He almost forgot to answer the call in the middle of his swooning.

"Hey Michi!"

"Hey Moto." Akagi let the nickname slip through his lips before he even registered what he had just said. Once he finally did, he mentally started to freak. "Where are you guys? The rest of us are about to get on the elevator?"

"Oh. Kiyoomi is just getting out of the shower, I got in before him so he had to clean."

"Want us to come over there?"

"Eh. It's up to you guys." As soon as he said that, Sakusa walked out of the bathroom. "Nevermind, we'll meet you guys there."

"Alrighty. See ya later." Before Komori could respond, Akagi hung up. He really needed to stop hanging up on people so quickly. Especially people he liked.

"So where are they?" Suna asked as the elevator reached the ground floor.

"Sakusa is getting out of the shower. They'll meet us down here."

"How does someone manage to take a shower for that long?" Osamu asked, genuinely confused as they walked into the cafe.

"He had to disinfect the shower or something." Akagi scratched the side of his head in confusion.

"Yeah. That's definitely something Omi would do." Atsumu smiled gently.

"You're such a simp." Suna muttered, but Atsumu still managed to hear him.

"You LITERALLY can't talk. You treat Samu like a baby!"

"He literally doesn't." Osamu raises an eyebrow at his twin.

"Y'all, don't even start." Akagi stopped them before they even began to fight. As soon as the group sat down, they saw Sakusa and Komori walk through the doors. They waited for the two of them to sit down before finally starting to eat.

"Did you guys actually wait for us?" Komori turned to Akagi as he took a bite of his food.

"Yeah. Might as well ya know?"

They all just ate quietly. No one was really chatty today, not even Atsumu, which came as a surprise. After that super long practice, none of them really knew what to say. Nor did they want to say anything in the first place. After they finished eating, Sakusa grabbed Atsumu and asked him a question to the side. When he nodded his head in agreement, Sakusa made eye contact with his cousin, gesturing to Akagi before walking away with his boyfriend.

"Hey Kagi?"

"Hmm?"

"Wanna hang out in your room? I think Sakusa and Atsumu are going to mine." He points at the two walking out.

"Yeah sure! C'mon." Akagi gestured for the other to follow him, and the two of them began to walk to his room. They had a small conversation on the way there, but it was mostly a half comfortable/awkward silence. It was honestly somewhere in the middle for them. They made it to Akagi's room and just sat on the bed.

"Ya know?"

"What do I know?"

"We never chose a spot. They're most likely going to let us have the weekend off."

Komori just nodded and pulled out his phone. He had major deja vu from the last time they were in a situation like this. "Didn't you choose the movies or something like that?"

"Yeah I think so." Akagi didn't lean as close as he did the first time. In all honesty, it made Komori kinda sad. They looked through the maps and found the theatre from before. "Should we wait for the weekend to see what's airing?"

"That's probably a good idea. Movies are really weird."

"Yeah."

The two of them laid down on Akagi's bed together and just chatted. At some point they started playing some random clapping games, like lemonade. Once they were just sitting there. Komori decided that he should finally do what he came here to do.
"Hey..um..Akagi?" Komori stuttered out.

"Yeah? Are you okay Mori?"

"Y-yeah! I'm fine. I just.." Komori took a deep breath, "I just have something to tell you."

"Go ahead." Akagi sat up out of worry. Komori did the same so that they were on the same level.

Komori felt his mouth dry out. Taking a nice gulp, he said what he'd been wanting to for a while now.

"I...have feelings for you."

I wonder what Akagi is gonna say 🤔
