Friend's Eve 🎈

"Allah sarki sister! Your eye is much better now. You'll Soon stop wearing this sunglasses koh?" Asked Zara and I smiled.

"Ni I don't even know what to say wlh. Am mad at you for not allowing me report Yaya to first love. Haba Dan Allah sai ya Gama illata ki!" Snapped Mamu furiously.

"Please let's talk about something else. Any idea on our dates?" I asked.
   Earlier on ya lubna told us that we are going to the friend's Eve as couples so they are hooking each girl with a guy from the groom side.

Zara! Zara!! We heard footsteps approaching the room and before I could put on my shades, she was already in the room looking at me with shock written all over her face.

"Meya sameki daughter? Subhanallahi since when? What happened to your eye?" She kept asking worriedly.

"Bakomai Mama I just hit my self with the bathtub few days back. Amma am fine now" I said forcing a smile.

"You should be very careful toh. Sorry kinji but why didn't you tell me? Why were you hiding it?" She asked
I didn't want to make you worry unnecessarily that's why.

"Shikenan I wanted to tell you girls that I am going out with my friend so don't look for me okay? She said glaring at Zara and we all giggled.

Zahra

We were all standing in front of the Hall waiting to know our dates.

The colour code was black and white.
The groom and his friends were wearing black and white suites but the groom was wearing a red bowtie.

While the bride was wearing a red gown with a black head, her friends were wearing a white gown with black heads.
We were all looking amazing.

Ya lubna was arranging us couple by couple.
Mamu was with ya Ab while Zahra was with some Rayyan guy. Meenerh on the other hand was with Sani and they looked perfect Masha Allah.

I looked around to see the singles remaining and it wasn't a good sight.
It was only Ya Zaid and Usman remaining on the male and I am the only female.

Zahra you're with.... I heard ya lubna say before she was interrupted by someone.

"She's with Zaid of course" he said moving closer to me.
Such a life saver I thought.

"I was gonna say Usman but looks like am taking Usman" ya lubna said.

We all marched inside and sat on our tables each. Ya Zaid kept praising and teasing me unendlessly.
I kept laughing and when he asked about my eye I just told him it was a minor home accident.

We played games,danced, snapped and ate. We all had so much fun and I really enjoyed my day.

Ya Zaid dropped us home before he left together with the groom's convoy after promising to call me.

I rushed into the bathroom and quickly took a hot shower and performed my ablution. Mehn am tired!!

"I also miss you ai. Toh shikenan go and rest. Good night love you" I said and hanged up. 

I missed home and everyone so I decided to come to the garden and talk to my Dad as he returned back to Zaria today.
"Allah sarki Daddyna" I thought.

I stood up and turned to leave when I him giving me a disgust look.
Innalillahi wa Inna ilaihi rajiun! I wonder what is it now.
