• Chapter 24 •

Rakshit reached home and directly went in the bathroom to get ready as he was already getting late. His parents were asking him about Drishti again and again.

He ignored them and tried to divert the topic. He left for his office on his bike taking the file and the presentation which he had made or I must say Drishti had made it for him.

He reached to office and went to Divya's cabin. He knocked the door and she gave him the permission to enter. He showed her the presentation.

She was suprised seeing the presentation as it was perfect. She never thought that he could make such a wonderful presentation. All credit goes to Drishti.

"How did you complete it so fast and that also perfectly!?", She said with suprised expression on her face.

"I was awake the whole night and completed my work.", He lied confidently.

"I am impressed!", She said and forwarded her hand for a handshake. This made Rakshit suprised.

He pinched himself only confirm that he wasn't dreaming. He also forwarded his hand and Shaked his hand with hers.

"Shall we have coffee together?", She asked him.

"Why not? Sure!", He said excitedly.

They both left towards the elevator and were busy in their world talking to each other. They entered the lift and both pressed the ground floor button.

Their fingers brushed which led to a cute eye-lock. The elevator stopped on the ground floor and they came out.

"Let's go in my car!", Divya said pointing towards her car.

"I was saying why don't we go on my bike?", Rakshit asked her with an innocent face.

"Okay.", She agreed and they went towards his bike.

Drishti was also downstairs informing the candidates who had come for the interview about their interview date and all. Suddenly, a car entered the gate of the office in full speed.

It was non other than Vicky who had come to kidnap Drishti. He ordered his goons to kidnap her. They immediately got out of the car and ran towards her direction.

She was busy talking to the candidates so she hadn't noticed them. While Rakshit and Divya had gone to the parking area. One of the goons hood Drishti's arm and pulled her towards him.

"Leave me, what are you doing?", Drishti shouted and was about to slap him but the other one hold her another hand. More two goons caught her and started pulling her towards the car.

She was protesting but failed. She was continuously shouting for help but no one was ready to help her but just watch the drama.

Rakshit and Divya sat on the bike and were leaving but stopped when they heard Drishti shouting for help on the top of her voice.

Rakshit immediately got off from the bike. He ran towards her but before he could reach she was already taken in the car. He went back to his bike, sat on it and started it and followed them.

Drishti saw Vicky and was shocked. She was feeling afraid. She was shouting and protesting but all her efforts were in vain. Vicky saw Rakshit following them in the mirror.

Vicky increased the speed of the car while the goons tied a handkerchief on Drishti's mouth to prevent her from shouting. Rakshit also increased his speed and followed them.

Vicky increased the speed again and took a turn and went in an old godown. While Rakshit was confused where they went so he went straight.

Vicky stopped the car. The goons removed the handkerchief from her mouth and brought her out of the car. She again started shouting loudly for help.

This irritated Vicky, he grabbed her head and smacked it on a wall. She got hurt. Her head started spinning but she didn't lose hope.

She knew that Rakshit will come to save her. Vicky fisted her hair tightly in his hand.

"A,B,C,D,E,F,G..... Thus was what you were saying to me that day na?", Vicky said making her shock.

"You were singing very beautifully. I like your voice!", He said in a flirty tone.

"Because Divya broke up with me! I won't leave you so easily! Why did you do so?", He yelled at her in anger.

"I don't know anything about it!", She lied.

"You don't know anything? Now you will tell everything about your drama to Divya!", Vicky said angrily.

"Leave me!", She said stubbornly.

"Not at all! Divya will not believe me! I am calling her and you are going to tell her the truth.", Vicky said removing his phone from his pocket.

"I will not tell anything to anyone.", She said sternly.

"How dare you.......", He was about to say but something grabbed everyone's attention. Vicky was shocked seeing that.
