It was Drikshit's Sangeet today. The venue was filled with guests. Everyone was dressed in beautiful dress. All were busy dancing and enjoying the function. Everyone performed for the bride and groom.

Drishti and Rakshit danced on Janam Janam and Jab Koi Baat.
Lavanya and shikar danced on Mere Haat Mein.
After all the performances everyone danced on Gallan Goodiyaan.
The next day it was Haldi. So Rakshit and Drishti were dressed in yellow. As always they were looking adorable. Mahima applied haldi to Rakshit and then she applied it to Drishti and others also followed the same.

When everyone was busy in dancing and talking, someone held Drishti's hand and pulled her to a corner. Drishti was shocked with this immediate action.
She instantly closed her eyes was about to shout when he put his hand on her mouth. She opened her eyes and got some relief when she saw that it was Rakshit.
"You!? What are you doing? You scared me!! Dumbo!", She said trying to calm down.
"Yaar I am trying to be romantic and you are calling me dumbo? Come on Drishti!", He said with a cute face.
"Seriously! Come on? You scared the hell out of me! Atleast you should have asked me to come here and I would have happily came.", She said.
"Leave all that now we both are here na so let me apply haldi to you! Everyone has applied haldi except me and that is so unfair!", He said while she nodded smiling.
He took some haldi and put some haldi on his own cheeks. She was confused so she asked him,
"Rakshit you were going put haldi on me and not yourself."
"Aree it's my style Drish, just wait and watch.", He winked at her.
He came closer to her while she closed her eyes in anticipation. He rubbed his cheek on her left cheek first and then her right cheek.

They both were lost in each other's eyes until heard someone clearing their throat. Drishti pushed Rakshit away and turned to see Romi standing there.
"Romi! What right timing you have na?", Asked an irritated Rakshit for breaking his moment with his love.
"You have your whole life to do romance and share such moments with her but I want to talk to you something important!", Romi said.
"Huh! Okay fine say!", Rakshit said.
"I don't know how to say it. Actually,....I......", Romi stuttered.
"God has given you a mouth so speak with it!", Rakshit cut him off rolling his eyes.
"Rakshit stop interrupting in between. Atleast let him speak. You continue Romi.", Drishti scolded Rakshit.
"Actually I... Divya..... I like Divya and I want to propose her!", He said leaving both of them suprised.
"Really?", Rakshit asked.
"Why would I lie about such matter!?", Romi said.
"Then you should propose her!", Rakshit beamed.
"Listen, don't get me wrong but I don't think you should propose her immediately. I mean... Just few days back this matter has finished so I think you should spend more time with her. She will be comfortable around you and maybe she also start looking you. And then you propose her. But now I don't think it's the correct time.", Drishti explained.
"Yes I also think you are correct. So first I will spend some time with her and then propose her! So this is final! Thank you Drishti bhabhi.", Romi said.
"No need to say thank you! And you can call me only Drishti no need of bhabhi!", She smiled.
Romi left from there. Rakshit was about to say something when Lavanya came and dragged Drishti to the stage to dance while Rakshit was left all alone.
He also went and sat on his seat. He was happy seeing her enjoy and smile. But he still remembered that they didn't get time to do romance with her. He planned something in his mind and smirked.
After the haldi function ended at night, Shergills left from there and everyone went to sleep as the next day was the wedding day.
Drishti was still awake looking at the pictures with Rakshit and thinking about Rakshit and her life. She was thanking God for sending Rakshit in her life as her soulmate, her life partner.
She never thought she would get Rakshit but was grateful that he was hers. She felt lucky for getting him. He was all she could ever wish for. Caring, loving, funny, supportive and what not!
She was sure he would a perfect husband to her. She was busy in her thoughts when she heard some noise from the window side and was shocked to see..........
