She sat there, near the hospital bed as she held his hand tightly. Her eyes were starting to water after she read the letter. She couldn't believe that her and his parents could do that.
You must be wondering what had happened. Well, this mess happened this day. But it was the day when after all these obstacles, Jennie was ready to admit her feelings for her stepbrother-no, now he's not her brother anymore. He's just Oh Sehun, her lover.
That same day, Sehun and her friends achieved to find Jennie's location with the police. It was easy for the police. Right then they prepared themselves to drive to their location and ready to attack them. Believe me or not, they couldn't just point their guns on them. They were searching for Mino for too long.
Sehun and his friends were waiting for too long and Sehun didn't like it. So he just went inside the building without any protection or some weapon to find Jennie.
He was searching for too long, when he heard a scream. He immediately concluded that it was Jennie's. Before he could run to the place where Jennie was, someone shot him on his shoulder. Even though it hurt, he still had the strength to turn around, only to be met by the psycho, Song Minho.
Song Minho had this dirty smirk on his face as he dropped his gun and ran towards Sehun, throwing a punch at him. Sehun was brave enough to dodge it but then more punches came towards his direction and he didn't have and other choice, but to let him punch him until he'd grow tired.
Soon, Minho started to get tired, so Sehun took the opportunity to kick him on the balls. Minho fell because of the pain and started groaning. Just then, Sehun threw a punch at his face and kicked him on the balls again. His eyes immediately roamed around the place, searching for something to knock him out.
Just then he noticed the gun Mino dropped earlier. He quickly went to reach out for it but it was too late because Sehun blacked out when someone hit him on the head...and after all this chaos, there was Jennie sitting beside his bed, holding his hand and waiting for him to wake up.

He slowly opened his eyes and was welcomed by a bright room with white walls. He tried to adjust his eyesight and when he did, he decided to look around.
It seemed like he was in a hospital, lying on a hospital bed. He felt a weight on his left hand. He lowered his gaze and saw Jennie sleeping soundly. He smiled unknowingly before starting to shake her a little.
She immediately woke up and titled her head to look at Sehun, only to be met by his lovely smile. "S-Sehun...are you okay wait? Wait I'll call the doctor." She was about to stand up and run to call a doctor when he suddenly pulled her into him, causing her to fall on top of him.
She widened her eyes and tried getting off him but somehow his hands managed to circle around her petite waist and hold it protectively. She looked at him panicky as he looked at her with an amused look. "S-Sehun." "I'm okay, let's just stay like that for a while." He reassured and hugged her like there's no tomorrow.
A smile crept onto her lips as she hugged him back. "I'm glad that you're okay, because I missed you." She said shyly, making him widen his eyes and look at her. "What did you just say?" He asked as she started blushing. "You know, I don't like repeating myself, plus you've heard me."
"No, I didn't. " He denied quickly. She laughed and slapped his arm. "Fine, I said I missed you..." She said, blushing harder, causing him to let out a mischievous grin. But then suddenly she escaped from his grip and looked at him seriously.
He furrowed his eyebrows at her expression. "What's wrong, baby?" He asked. He watched her getting a letter from her pocket. She cleared her throat, before speaking. "Before I give you this letter and tell you my feelings, I'll have to tell what happened after you blacked out and confess something..." She spoke as he looked at her worryingly.
"So basically, after you blacked out, the police found me and when we were about to exit this building, we heard someone groaning. We decided to follow the noise and we found you on the floor unconscious while Mino was stumbling to get away, but he got caught by the police and got arrested while we took you to the hospital. That's how it all happened and yea you were lying unconscious in this hospital for at least a week, but now you're awake." She smiled as Sehun nodded.
At least that b*st*rd is in jail now... he thought.
"So what did you want to confess?" He asked as Jennie took a deep breath. "Well...I have depression..." She mumbled. His face immediately fell. "When did you find that out?" He asked.
"Uh...remember when I and Bobby oppa were a bit late for our performance?" She asked him as he nodded. "Well that day we were in the hospital." She said. "But..the good news to this are that I've been visiting a therapist, so I'm going to be okay." She reassured as he nodded once again. "You better..." He warned as she laughed and smiled.
"Lastly, I wanted to announce to you that we're officially lovers and not stepsiblings." She said happily as he furrowed his eyebrows, confused. "What? What do you mean?" He asked as she giggled and gave him the letter.
"Here, that was a letter from our parents before their car accident.." She said as Sehun started unfolding the letter and reading it.
After he was done reading the letter, he looked up and saw Jennie smiling faintly. "I'm really sorry if I hurted you in the past but I promise I'll be the perfect supportive and loving girlfriend in the future. If you want me to be your girlfriend of course-" She didn't get to finish her sentence when he hushed her and kissed her.
At first, she widened her eyes but then she closed them and embraced sehun while kissing him back. Before the things could get more intense, she pulled away and rested her forehead against his.
"I love you, Jennie~"
"I love you too, Sehun~"
