Ryujin's POV

I just got off from another sucessfull surgery I rest my body on my ofice chair and closed my eyes

I then heard a knock

Im still wearing my scrubs I hope I dont recieve any visitors

I pressed the button that opens my office door revealing Tzuyu unnie

"You have a visitor Dr.Shin"she said

I sighed

"Please let them come in"I replied

I closed my eyes again

Geez I just came out of a 4 hour surgery let me have sa peace God

"Ryujin"I heard a familiar voice

I quickly opened my eyes

Only to see my sister

"Unnie"I said and stood up then quickly running to her and hugged her

Lia unnie hugged me back and started sobbing

"Yahhh paboya...why did you just leave us like that..."Lia unnie said

"Mianhae...I was out of my mind unnie..."I replied sobbing

"Mom and Mommy was so devistated after losing you for the second time,You shouldve atleast tild us where you were"she replied

I broke the hug

"Where are they unnie?,how about Chaeryeong is she well?"I replied

"Chaeryeong is fine,we got married 4 years ago,and we're expecting a baby girl"she replied

"T-Thats great unnie"I replied happiky and held her hand

"Mom and Kommy missed you so much we should go on a vacation"she replied

"Sure,when will you go back to korea?"I asked

"We'll be staying here for 2 weeks and we've only been herr for 3 days,we should go next week take a week off and lets catch up"she replied

"I would love to unnie,I should bring Sungjin and let him meet you guys"I replied

"I thought youre married to Soobin?"she replied

"Sungjin is our son unnie"I replied

"Really?thats nice do you have a picture of him?"she asked

"Here"I replied and grabbed my phone from my table

I went to my gallery and showed a photo of my son to my sister

"Aww well isnt he cute"my sister said

"Thank you unnie"I said with a chuckle

She looked at me and smiled

She brought out her phone and showed me a picture

"Im sure you already know him"she said

I smiled weakly

"Hyujin.."I replied

"Excuse me unnie"I replied

"We need you in OR"Suzy unnie said immediately when I anseered the call

"Whats the case"I replied

"Cerebral Aneurysm,we need you to perform Craniotomy surgery as soon as possible"Suzy unnie replied

"Im on my way I need an assistant surgeon"I said

"Im afraid you have to do the surgery alone doctor Shin,theres no surgeon available"Suzy unnie replied

"What?how about you?"I asked

"I need to perform a surgery in a patient with appendicitis"she replied

"Ok Im on my way"I said and ended the call

"Unnie I need to go Im sorry I need to operate a patient"I said and rushed fowards the OR

I quickly washed my hands

As I was disinfecting my hands with iodopovidone

A person wearing surgical scrub started washing their hands

"I thought you have a surgery unnie"I asked

"Unnie?"a familiar voice replied

I froze

I slowly looked at the person as they finished washing their hands

"I'll be your assistant"Yeji replied

"Doctor Shin"the resident thatw ill be watching the surgery called me

I ignored Yeji and went inside the or

"Gown"I said

The nurses helped me wear my surgical gown and gloves and they did the same to Yeji

I sat down

"Scalpel"I said

The resident was about to hand me the scalpel but Yeji grabbed it and handed it to me instead

"Good luck doctor"she said i rolled my eyes and started the surgery

"Drill"I said

Yeji handed me the tool again

I glared at her

"Lets keep things professional,its my job to help the surgeon perform the surgery the residence's job is to watch and learn from the surgery"she said mockingly

I sighed and tried my best to focus on the surgery
