Ryujin's POV

I went to our children's room and found Yeji tucking Sungjin and kissed him good night

"Hey.."I said

She looked at me and rolled her eyes

I sighed

"Look.. baby Im so sorry it slipped off my mind work was so stressful today"I said

"Sure"she simply replied

"Are you still up for dinner?"I asked

"Restaurants are probably fully booked now, I'll just change"she replied

"I actually managed to book for a table, can I make it up to you?"I said as I held her hand

"Did you now?"she replied

I smiled and nodded

"Im really sorry love come on lets go out"I said 

I drove us to the restaurant that Lia unnie booked for us 

Yeji looked around as I parked the car

"Im surprised you managed to book a table for this restaurant so late"she said

"Connections"I replied as I turned off the car

I quickly went out to open the door for my girlfriend

We went to the front desk and I told them my name, A waiter then told us to follow him

We went inside the elevator and the waiter pressed the rooftop button

Lia you rich ass mother fucker I thought to myself

Well basically the rooftop is the most expensive table on this restaurant

The door of the elevator opened and I smiled when I saw my girlfriend gasped as she looked around

"I'll comeback for your order maam"the waiter said as I held Yeji's hand and lead her to the table

I pulled the chair for her and she sat down

I went to my seat and smiled at her

"I told them to decorate the place...do you like it?"I said

"I love it Ryu, but Im still upset"she replied

I bit my lower lip and nodded

"I understand love, I mean how could I forget such an important day"I replied

"Hospital was really that busy?"she said as she took a sip of her wine

I nodded

"My body actually hurts"I said

Thats when her eyes filled with concern

"Are you ok?..you shouldve told me, we shouldve stayed home Ryu"she replied

I chuckled and held her hand

"Im fine Yeddeong, besides I was really planning to take you here for our anniversary but the day slipped off my mind"I said

"Are you sure you're ok?"she said

 I nodded and kissed her hand

"May I take your order maam?"the waiter said

"We'll take two medium rare steaks and a lobster please"Yeji said 

"Anything else?"the water replied while writing our order

"Thats all for now"Yeji said and smiled

"I'll comeback with your order"the waiter said and bowed at us before leaving

"The view looks nice here"Yeji said as she looked around

"Do you want to live in a house with this kind of view?"I asked

She looked at me

"I would love to"she replied

I smiled

Should I ask her?

Screw it

"What do you think of settling down?"I asked

She smiled

"What do you mean?"she replied

I chuckled as i held her hand tighter

"You know, buying our dream home, changing your last name to mine"I said

"Is this your way of proposing?"she chuckled

"No, No not at all, Im just asking if you know, you want to get married sooner of later?"I asked

"Love.. I've been wanting to marry you since senior high school, Of course I want to settle down with you"she said with a smile

I smiled back

"I love you Hwang Yeji"I said

"And I love you most Shin Ryujin"she replied

I really should start planning on how to propose on her

Sorry for the slow update guys, just had my finals for school and got my heart broken by someone I thought was the right person lol, welp some mistakes get made in love right?, I'll try to update more often now since its our semester break anyways I missed you guys so much!
